My entire AC/Heat Pump system finally cratered in the middle of a hot, Texas summer. JR @ Comfort Pro, immediately provided us, at no charge, with temporary units to carry us until a new central system could be shipped and installed. We were well advised and allowed to research all our options before making any commitments. Pricing was competitive, service was quick, clean, and professional. Follow-up questions were responded to with urgency and courtesy. Before my retirement, I was responsible for the construction of over 1000 homes in Texas... I have seldom had any contractors with such dedication to their clientele. I would be proud to give my personal recommendation.

The owner came out and spent over an hour reviewing the problems I was having with my a/c system. He was very thorough, polite, knowledgeable and honest with his assessment. He explained in detail how the system was set up, all the pros and cons relating to it and took care of the main problem that I was having. Excellent work.

I tried for a week calling contractors in the area with no luck getting someone to call me back. I contacted Home Advisor and recieved a call from JR within 5 minutes. He was very professional, booked the job immediately and came in under quote.

Yet again another pleasant experience. I had the second unit malfunction in my home and JR arrived on time and discovered the issue within a matter of minutes and had a solution for it. The customer service he provided goes without saying. As a customer I couldn't be happier and have found my go-to guy!
