Gabe recently repaired my dishwasher that was no longer drying my dishes. He was far more thorough and thoughtful about his approach than I would have expected from an appliance repairman. After listening to my explanation of symptoms and my “homeowner” diagnosis he proceeded to check a few things I didn’t know to check before moving forward with a diagnosis and repair. I was impressed that he didn’t just want to fix the broken part but also wanted to know why it broke so that he could fix any underlying issue. He also took into consideration the cost of repair vs. the cost of replacement to ensure that I was receiving value from his services. You may see that Gabe shares a last name with me, he is my son but don’t let that deter you from giving credit to this review. He did a stellar job for me and will do the same for you! . . In my case the broken part (heating element) broke because of my negligence, I dropped a dish on the element causing it to crack and fail during the following cycle.Great work! Highly recommend!
