The tech was right on time and solved my issue immedaitely.

Dorian was both knowledgeable and professional in addressing the thermostat and furnace problems thus making me a permanent customer of this company.

I highly recommend this company! They were able to come out the next day to service our furnace. They were quick, responsive, friendly, and reasonably priced. They charged half what their competitor had quoted. I will absolutely be using them again in the spring to service our AC.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Comfort Solutions was one of four companies I had out to bid for new AC install. BY FAR, they were the most professional and the most informative. Because they seemed the most "professional", I was expecting their bid to come in way above the others. I was ecstatic when their bid was actually the lowest (by a good amount), because I knew this was the company I wanted on the job. Every step, from initial bid to install, was a breeze. Even the city inspector said "Wow, these guys did a good job." The project was bid accurately and there was no overrun. I couldn't be happier.

Greg was the representative at our initial meeting. He was the only representative out of three companies that sat with us and explained their system and gave us pertinent information without us having to ask the question first. He was very professional and the appointments for that meeting and the measurement appointment with Marshall was timely as well.

Jason was personable, knowledgeable & gave proper instruction. The only reason I am not giving 5 out of 5 stars is because Co. does not carry furnace filters w/them. Is that impossible? And possibly the overall price. Otherwise a satisfactory job. I did not do a comparative shopping. I would hire them again after price check.

If you want great quality for a great price, Comfort Solutions are the way to go!

Overall, a very smooth process. The appraiser showed up as scheduled, and the unit was installed on the scheduled date. Comfort solutions had the best equipment/pricing for my job.
