Excellent company to go with! It took me a while to decide because there were cheaper companies to do the job. However, Comfort Heating and Air were so professional, thorough and honest, we decided to go with them! I have never regretted it. They are awesome to work with, always there when you call. They answered all of our questions and were there even after hours when we couldnt remember the little things like how to work the thermostat. Brittney and Kane are the best in the business. The technician was very courteous and professional !

I was pleasantly surprised when the technicians arrived in less than 90 minutes. On a hot day! The promptly determined my HVAC system was low on refrigerant. They added the required amount of refrigerant and were on their way in less than 30 minutes. I thought the charge for their service was reasonable. Not a bargain but appropriate for the service provided.

Showed up on time repair was fast had parts on truck very professional and friendly thought price of repairs were a little high.

They were very professional in all aspects.

We called them around 7:30pm. We didn't think we would hear from them until morning. But the owner was out with his family and decided to come right then to see what he could do to get us through the night until his guys could get out to us in the morning. He didn't want us to be uncomfortable all night. I was so grateful. My house has never been cooler. And my utility bill has never been lower.

Their price was good and their warranty was better than most. It took a couple of weeks to get the new unit, but they tried hard to keep the old one putting out a little cool air inn the meantime. The installers got the new system on line quickly once it arrived and cleaned up the work area very well. They left a few unsealed gaps between the air handler and the duct work, and between the gas pack cabinet and the house. The company was eager to come back and fix the problems, and seemed to make customer satisfaction a priority.

Probably some of the best customer service I have ever received from any company I have ever dealt with....Price was lower than every other estimate I received even tho they gave me a 2 1/2 ton unit while price was cheaper than several other companies who gave me estimates for a 2 ton unit.....Even tho they were swamped an had other installs booked ahead of me and were booked for a month ahead already...the fact that we had no a/c during 90 degree temps they worked us in in less than 2 weeks and managed to get our old worn out unit working enough to make the 2 weeks bearable at no additional price other than the quoted price for the install of new unit...warranty was hands down better than every single other company I had gotten quotes from...This day and age it was a complete pleasure to find a company that still believes in this kind of customer service...I was looking to a complete replacement of our home's heat and air with such dread but they made it effortless,affordable,quick and the unit is cooling our house better than it has ever been...and our utility bill is somewhere around 20 to 25% lower than it's ever been...Outstanding company!!
