The company got the job I needed to be done in a timely fashion. However, they quoted me exponentially higher when they got to my residence after giving me a ballpark estimate over the phone after describing my job. Long story short, they quoted me $495 at my home. When I told them the person I talked to estimated my job much lower, they quickly said they would do it for $200. Efficient and timely, yes. Trustworthy, no. They would not be my first go to next time.

"This exemplifies the problem with ballpark phone estimates vs when the electrician is actually in the home. You describe a simple task over the phone and then say we are not trustworthy, consequently your description of the work was not nearly detailed enough to allow us to accurately quote a job via ballpark. Does do not give us your info for free, that lead costs us $62. That means on your job there is $138 to cover fuel, employee wages, and material. The way I see it, we worked with you the best we could because we understood you were in a hard financial position. And we still did it within your budget, seems really nice of us to work within your budget."

Great company, we had a smooth ride from the initial call to completion even though our situation was urgent( oil furnace blew up in the middle of winter and needed replacement). Chris and his team are highly professional, prompt and curtious. Will use them again!

Our oil heat stopped working and we called for service. Turns out the system could not be repaired, and we expected this because it was so old. Comfort specialists installed a new furnace and heat pump the next day. Their price was fair. We also had them do some electrical work and then got a discount for being on the maintanance agreement which was really good. The installers Chris, Rob, Ray and Lance were awesome. They worked 12 hours on a Saturday to get our new furnace installed. The heat pump has been working great and we no longer even need to run the furnace to heat so we will be saving a lot of money. Really pleased with how well this system works because it came with a thermostat I control from my phone.

Our central air system has had a slow leak of coolant for the past few years, a heat wave had started and we had no cool air. I received a call back the morning after I reached out. Carrie scheduled Chris to come out the same day! Chris was extremely professional and helpful in explaining all the diagnostic results and options. Including the pricing and possible warrantee coverage for any work I might do in the future to locate and repair the leak. Meanwhile the system was charged fully to combate the 95-100 degree week thank goodness. I already recommended the company to someone who was looking!
