I was pleased that Sean at Comfort Star could check out my furnace problem in less than 24 Hours. Quickly diagnosed the problem in my heater and said he could likely have the parts the next day. He called me back the next morning, said he had the parts and adjusted the price to reflect the up-graded part that replaced the original parts. My house was nice and warm again in only two days, pretty great 4 days before Christmas. Strongly recommend Comfort Star. Thanks Sean.

This fellow is dishonest and operates out of a pickup truck. He told me my system needed R-22 freon which cost $200 per pound (actual is $16/lb) and that it would cost $10,000 to replace the system. He showed up 2 hours late for his appointment (6:15 PM on Friday) and just wanted to collect his fee and go home. System was later fixed for less than $500 and is working fine.

Sean was very prompt to response, even way after normal hours, but most importantly the quality of the job done was great. He's also very nice, polite, punctual and is very good at explaining things that I previously had no idea about. Exceptional integrity. Went as far as not charging me some portion of the work, because I didn't have AC in my furnace unit and he thought I did. In this time when people make up all different reasons to charge you more, this kind of behavior definitely stands out. Planning to hire Sean for more projects and wholeheartedly recommend him and his company to everyone I know.

I made the HomeAdvisor request on Sunday afternoon but HomeAdvisor only provided appointment dates for the following Thursday. I submitted the request anyway and within 10 minutes Sean called me and rescheduled to Monday. Sean arrived within the time window promised, diagnosed the problem explaining the steps along the way, then repaired the AC unit by replacing a part. The price was very reasonable. Sean is now my go to guy for heating and air conditioning problems.
