A VERY ACCURATE CHECK OF ALL NECESSARY THINGS WAS DONE TO DETERMINE THE CORRECT SIZE FURNACE OUR HOUSE & COMFORT REQUIRED.. WE HAD 6 ESTIMATES ON A NEW FURNACE & CHOSE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF THAT & THE FACT THAT THEY DID NOT ENCOURAGE PURCHASE OF ADDITIONAL PARTS..SAYING "WAIT & SEE IF YOU REALLY NEED IT" ALL EMPLOYEES WERE INFORMED,POLITE, & TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN ALL OUR QUESTIONS, & WE HAD ALOT SINCE WE HAD NEVER PURCHASED A FURNACE BEFORE.. WE WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE & MAY USE THEM FOR UPCOMING PLUMBING WORK..

They called me the next day after using your locator and said they would be in the area. Terry came out and looked the situation over and submitted a quote within a week. When I chose them they ordered the furnace and came and put it in within a few days. It took them only part of a day to install and cleaned up after themselves. It was nice not to have to worry about anything.

Great comunications with this company. The furnace installer was very professional and did a excellent job of the installation. Explanined things to us and and after the job was done, things were cleaned up. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs heating and air conditioning work done. Dave, North Mankato.
