Comfort Zone Heating & Cooling did excellent work that was done on time and as promised. I was so happy with the work they did I had them do some plumbing work for me. Kelly was on the job site multiple times to insure the technician Heath was on track. Heath was outstanding. He showed a true concern and pride about the quality of the work he was doing. Mr Cox responded right away . When I met with him I was Impressed with his presentation. Mr Cox kept me informed with all the possibilities of my needs. He furnished all answers to my questions in a timely fasion. Mr. Cox prepared a very consice proposal and at the first presentation a fair price. We agreed on the choice of equipment and an installation date. The installation was performed on time and at the agreed price. Old equipment was hauled off as agreed and the work site was cleaned up . The equipment is orerating as described and I am extreemly impressed with Comfort Zone Heating and Cooling . I would recommend them.

They got to me promptly and providedfair honest service. He fixed a small part and that got it (heater) working. I appreciate someone who doesn't lie about what you need just to charge you more. I would highly recommend him.

Kelly wa very frendly and easy to get along with he lnew wwhat to do and went to work fixing what someone else messed up and said I had to have a new fernice at the rate of $4000. He found all that was need was a blower motor and said there was nothing wrong with the furnice. I will recomend him to anyone.
