These people will lie to you and severely overcharge you for repairs.

They delivered exactly what they said they would. Very professional and courteous. Got right on the job of replacing my furnace and 3 hours later I was up and running with my new system. Hired them on a Thursday afternoon and they came in the next afternoon . Will most definitely use them again. The price was also great.

Very satisfied. John Tallman was very friendly and knowledgeable. A couple of days after the installation, I had to call for another inspection of the duct work. Shaun, the techician, came and took care of it immediately. I recommend Comfort Zone.

Beware service contract with this firm. They find several hundred dollars worth of maintenance needed virtually every six months. Last visit quoted $1300 worth of repairs and advised to be ready for new system intwo years!

Way overpriced

This is my first ever written review for any company, However, I felt I had to praise the great service that Comfort Zone provided to me.. First , their customer service is outstanding from the initial contact to finish. I had contacted a prior company that had replaced my AC unit only six years ago. After coming out and inspecting they notified me that I needed to replace the unit again and that my warranty was for only five years. This was somewhat confusing because the initial one installed when the house was built lasted 11 years. They quoted me a new one with a 10 year warranty, but I would have to buy a maintenance plan of $250 per year to have this warranty. Needless to say, I refused to do business with them because I simply did not want to be burned again by them. After contacting Comfort Zone, Dave came out to inspect, gave me an estimate that was about 40% cheaper with a 12 year warranty instead of the 10 years offered by previous company. The technicians arrived on time for the work and finished sooner than expected. They was very professional and friendly and answered all my questions. I have a second unit and it is about 17 years old. When it goes bad I am definitely calling them to install that one as well. I will also be recommending them to my friends and neighbors when they need service to their units.

Great 12 year warranty on both hardware and labor. Price better them local hard ware store with less warranty. Daikin 14 SEER, 2.5 ton. Quick install & looks great!
