Did not call before showing up. No marking or info on car to say what co. he was from. Did not wear a mask. Spent an hour looking at gas fireplace and couldn't make it work. Asked about a quote for other work and never received anything. Very disappointed and all this for a $165 service call.

They did send someone out same day unfortunately told me the part he thought it was and would call the next day a week later and me making 6 calls to find out what was going on I finally ordered the part and installed it myself. It did fix the problem. I have ordered more parts and will fix it myself. FRUSTRATION!

David was prompt and kind helped me get the furnace going within an hour. David gave me his phone number in case it broke again, and it did he came right back over and changed out an old fuse that he had to go buy since he didn't care any on his truck. David was great Comfort Zone has a great employee great customer service skill.
