There was a huge misunderstanding in the ordering process. I ordered full window well covers and received open window grades. When i contacted the contractor he become belligerent and he was unwilling to try to work the differences. The contractor would not resolve the issue and he threatened legal action if i do not send the money immediately.

I am a 63 yr old woman living on $600 a mo. S.S. I hired Steve on May 25th to fix my well. He said I had to pay $300 up front, and the bal of $300 when the work was completed. It is now July 6th and all the rock he removed from my well and my landscaped yard is all over the side of my driveway and my well is NOT repaired. He's giving me this story that he has malaria. I think he thinks I'm a stupid old lady, and now I'm out $300, which is half my monthly income. Do NOT hire this person!!!!!! UPDATE: 8/1/17 - HomeAdvisor was able to assist me in getting a refund of my monies, however my yard is still torn up and is now going to cost more than the original amount. I don't feel he would have taken any action without Lyn reaching out to Mr. Jorgenson.

Steve was very professional, knowledgeable and prepared when he came to give me a quote. I would rate his performance a 10 out of 10. He then came and measured and later installed three (3) new steel window well covers. I didn't even have to be home. I felt the window well covers were very reasonably priced and would not hesitate recommending or using him again.
