Horrible experience! Unprofessional crew, a total disaster. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone and I strongly recommend all shoppers to do your research before and at least pay attention to the customer reviews about their service. First, the company missed the originally scheduled appointment and did not even bother to call as a courtesy to say why they did not show up. I had to call and ask why the did not come and they had not even realized they have missed my appointment. It is unbelievable that a company cannot track scheduling appointments and the customer has to call a company to come to work. The crew team that came to my home was very unprofessional, especially at this critical time of COVID, not wearing any mask and not maintaining a safe distance. Etiquette and manners are a lack of from the crew that came to provide service, they were going to every room of the home without asking permission or knocking doors first. A total disaster. It is not what the coupons offered, ended with a very high bill. Would not be a problem if the services rendered would have been done to standards, EXCEPT the service provided was not what we expected, the supposed deep cleaning is nothing but a simple brush scrapping the entrance of the air ducts. Which caused chaos and lots of mess of debris and fiberglass all over my kitchen countertops, over my groceries, baby room carpet blankets, decorations, ceiling fans, sinks, bathrooms, blankets, comforters, and carpets in all of the rooms as a result of the vents and air ducts were the scrapping of the spin brush cleaned that was used according to them. Additionally, the crew did not make any effort to clean up any of the dust nor the areas they make the mess after they were done. I wanted to use the coupon packages priced $89 that included unlimited vents/air duct cleaning EXCEPT they missed quite a few vents but also they did NOT perform the following services as promised on their coupon: Attic insulation check, Inspect filters, Air Flow Check, Duct Camera inspection, except none of these took place. Additionally, I have paid for a separate coupon of $89 Dryer Vent cleaning when it was included as basic on the first coupon. Of course, I did not notice until later, I felt they took advantage of it. How dishonest. When it came to clean the dryer vent, the crew did not have a ladder long enough to reach the roof, so I have to find a way to provide a ladder so they could do the job. They kept saying it was dangerous to get on the roof because of the elevation of the roof. While performing the dryer vent cleaning and spinning, the brush all lint went all over the place and getting caught onto my solar panels, and next doors neighbors roof. What a mess! One of the crew members was so persistent to sell me the air filter for $199 and one free I kept saying no, next he tried offering at 50 percent discount and still one free, still said no thank you. Knowing we can get a set of disposable for a lesser price. The worst part of all when they left my AC unit stopped working, the rest of the weekend was a nightmare and had to go spend with family until maintenance could come to check on. Unfortunately, one of my family members suffers from asthma attacks and what I thought this could be a great deal it turned out the opposite consequently had to spend countless hours cleaning while trying to complete a thorough cleaning to get the home back to normal and all areas dust-free.

Good Job

Today was the second time we've used Comfortable Air, and if they had not been superb the first time, they wouldn't have gotten a second time. A year ago they cleaned our air ducts and dryer vent (2-story house, external vent on the roof). They did find mold in the ducts, but they didn't just "say" we had mold... they took photos and showed us. They also took both photos and video of the lint coming out of the dryer vent. I don't remember the name of the helper from a year ago, but the primary person was Ilan. What a SUPER NICE guy, very professional, very informative, while also getting the job done quickly and efficiently. Today we were lucky enough to have Ilan again, and he had Leo with him. Today was for cleaning the ducts and the dryer vent again, but we decided to have them install a UV Light system for the ducts to take care of mold and other health causing issues once and for all. The manager also worked with us through Ilan for a great deal for the work done today, and again, they worked very efficiently to get the job done quickly. Once done, Ilan walked me through everything they did, showed me where the UV was installed and what to do if the light on the system was ever off, etc. The two times this company has been to our home they have been nothing but forthcoming, honest, and have done a GREAT job. They'll be our AC company from now on.

They are negligent, they did not communicate with me what are they going to do, they left the ceiling open, that negated all the work they did.

Arrived on time. Cleaned dryer vent without sending debris all over neighborhood as with previous jobs.

They were early and did a very thorough job. They explained in great detail what they did.

Excellent service, was right on time and finished earlier then expected. We re very professional people and very nice.

Do not use this company. There are better company's out there. Do not use this *blow and go* company as they charge a low price and then will increase to a higher price when they get their foot in the door. They are not able to tell if you have black mold or mildew and will try to get you to buy overpriced equipment and numerous chemical usages by saying you have mold. Did not ever tell me my AC was sitting in long-standing water from a broken AC sump pump. Cleaning and usage of lights should not have been done as the AC sump pump needed to be replaced and new AC ducts installed. Owner Nes is not a member of the National Air Duct Cleaning Association or does he hold any other cleaning expertise certifications.

There was some confusion about the billing on my split-level house but the vendor quickly resolved it satisfactorily. With the warmer weather, I have not had an occasion yet to use the chimney since it was cleaned, so I chose a mid range for the *value for money* question.

Comfortable Air arrived during the time frame we scheduled. They were thorough and professional - even cleaned up afterward. I highly recommend this company for your dryer duct cleaning needs.

I am a military service member. I hired these guys to work on an investment property where there was no one at home to supervise the work. They didn't do the work but charged me over $1000 and then I had to fight with them to get them to go back and do the work I had already paid for. Then they tried to tell me that I needed additional work done to my system for $500 more! Do yourself a favor and find another company.
