Had cooling difficulty on 2nd level of home and wanted to establish annual service contract. Respomae was same day. Comfortable Air sent Jesus out with service contract which meant no trip charge or fee to diagnose situation. Learned coils were dirty. Had not done any maintenance for 7 years. Thought we might need replacement, but Jesus didn't think that would improve cooling. Suggested we see how cleaning worked, and advised on central filter changes. He was right. Condo is much cooler on both levels and no need for expensive repair or replacement. Thank you Jesus.

My A/C quit running on a Wednesday evening. My usual service was unavailable, so I turned to Home Advisor for an alternate. At 7 a.m. I placed an appointment on Thursday morning for the next day. I received a phone call at 7:30 from Comfortable Air saying that they could come out that day. The technician was at my house by 10 am. He found the problem right away and had my A/C working by 1130. He suggested a few other services that my A/C needed, but was not pushy or overbearing. The charges were extremely reasonable. I will use this service again, and have recommended them to my family and friends

My AC units stopped cooling. Since they were near the end of their lives and the estimated repair costs were fairly high, I decided to replace them. I called Comfortable Air to get a second quote to compare with the fist quote I got. Hugo came out to look at my existing system (literally a few minutes after I called). He was extremely good at explaining all the options that were available and also answering all the questions I had about HVAC systems. He also explained the work that would be performed. I felt comfortable with the choice I made since I understood the options well. The quote was competitive with the other I received. I decided to go with Comfortable Air since I felt more comfortable that there would not be any unpleasant surprises. They arrived per schedule and performed the work as planned. The AC systems are working well this far. Glad to recommend Comfortable Air Services.

Tech was about 2 1/2 hours late. Brutally hot week, so i suspect they were hopping, but a call would have been nice. Tech was very efficient and thorough, also very friendly. A bit on the expensive side for the simple repair, but that seems to be the norm in Northern Virginia.

I was pleased with the service. On a hot day my capacitor went bad so I used HomeAdvisor to reach out and they called a short time later, setup an appointment and showed around noon. They contacted me prior to arriving with updates. The guy figured it was the capacitor based on my description of the problem and tested it. He was right and within an hour my AC was back up and running. Job well done.

Very knowledgeable sales person and took time to calculate correct size unit required based on insulated walls and sq footage. Installers came on time and even stayed overtime doing extra unforeseen work like making room for the circuit breaker in the breaker box (about 6 other circuits needed to be re-routed). The drywall that was cut open to access the work area was sub-contracted to a specialist who repaired and another who painted the wall good as new, and both showed up on time. Very much organized company, though pricing may be a bit on the higher side because they spend more time on the smaller details like trim, fit, and finish than other estimators...

They are great, respectful and friendly.Hugo Juarez and Geraldo were very nice and they truly care for their customer, that Hugo brought and lend us his space heater while we are waiting for the heater to come and get installed. Comfortable Air Services, LLC responded in a timely manner to my inquiry. An appointment was made and they came to my house, diagnosed the problem with both of my AC units and had them back in proper working order the same day. Since their visit, I have had no further issues & no follow-up work has been necessary. Additionally, the technicians that arrived onsite were professional & friendly. The price relative to the services that they performed was very reasonable.

Hugo is an expert in all things heating and AC - this was immediately clear when he looked at our heating system and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was efficient, honest, knowledgeable and excellent. His prices are much lower than the other home advisor pros recommended and for his level of expertise he is a bargain.
