Communication from the initial call to installer did not communicate that they would be dealing with a 16-18 ft ceiling. They had to rent a ladder when finally came to install 2 ceiling fans he was very rushed in order to return the rented ladder. Did not install 2 pieces of one ceiling fan to stabilize it and issue with switch have not had returned calls or responses to texts gave plenty of time. Calling it quits and finding another installer to fix and install my chandelier... ceiling fan wobbles and light/fan speed intermittently change/turn on/off not worth this hassle.

David did a great job. We have fluorescent lights in the high cathedral-style ceiling of our kitchen. Neither my husband nor I felt safe climbing up a tall ladder to repair that fixture. But David assessed what was needed then went to purchase the replacement lights and ballast the same day. Very professional!

The pro was prompt and the company called me to discuss scheduling the service on time.

communication was not the greatest, and I still don't have a receipt for the work they did. However, David and Tony are both great guys and David did a great job. It took twice as long as the original estimate but didn't cost me a dime more. David just isn't the kind of guy who is going to rush through a job, he wants it all done right and to code and I can appreciate that.

I was a little reluctant to hire because I thought it would be pricey. It took a little longer than I expected but I was very happy to be paying less than I budgeted and everything was fixed to my expectations. Would definitely hire again.

My call was answered on a Sunday & service scheduled for the following morning. James Murphy was on time & repaired 3 electrical issues that I had related to my pool. I’m so thankful to have found this company.

David arrived right on time and quickly and efficiently diagnosed and fixed my 4 outlets that were not working. He was extremely pleasant and only charged me for a service call. I will definitely use them for any future electrical issues, and highly recommend that others do the same.

He replaced a non-working light switch in my kitchen. The work was completed very fast and efficiently.

I paid $1200 for 8 landscape lights. Only three work right now about 5 weeks after the install and as I write, one more is burning out. I called and the receptionist was going to text me the electricians cell, which never happened. I went through my voicemails to find the electricians brother and spoke to him. I had to call back again and he was going to have the electrician call me... that was 10 days ago. I trusted their advice on the lighting. I expected to have years of enjoyment from the lights, not days.

They did great work and I'm completely satisfied with the job.

David was great! I was able to describe my wife's vision as to how she wanted our ceiling fan to operate separate from the newly installed can lights and he made it happen as if it was not a problem at all! Thanks to him my renovation of the family room and carry on! And ofcourse the wife is happy! Always a plus too!
