Bill came today to perform annual checkup on my A/C unit that Comfort Airz replaced in December of 2024. I watched as he explained everything he was doing, covered the pictures and ratings he was taking/observing. Bill was obviously very knowledgeable and friendly in his approach. He explained everything I needed to do to help maintain the life of my A/C unit. I highly recommend him and Comfort Airz! Thanks!

We had Mark do our annual hvac inspection and in the process he found and showed us the mold growing in the duct work. He was able to get us a substantial deduction in price for installing a hydrogen peroxide ion system to clean our duct work with a lifetime warranty. Mark was very knowledgeable of his product and seems to be a great person. Pleasure to work with.

Mark, was outstanding....explained what he was doing and recommended how to maintain my unit in good shape by checking drainage and pouring White Vinegar down drain.

I bought a Mitsubishi system in Montana for $6000. Two separate units,It was great very pleased with Mitsubishi. I bought a system here in Florida from Comfortairz, paid way too much money. Lots of problems. They came out before warranty expired but would charge me 400+ dollars to process the warranty. They did absolutely nothing while they?re here told me what was wrong with it and it would cost me 400+ dollars. it never has worked right from the day I bought it. They came out once or twice and never fixed anything. He left with the covers off and was in his pick up . I went out said please put the covers back on I?m 87 years old and have trouble getting things like that done myself Very unhappy with comfort airs in Newport Ritchie. It looks like they charged three times what it should have been. My home was flooded and I believe they were price gouging.

I was very satisfied with my work Jeff b was the employee he was very efficient he was on time it was friendly professional he suggested the best thing that I need to do to suit my needs and my AC the most reliable reasonable price and I was very satisfied with comfort airs and jeff B bwhom did his job very well it was wonderful to have you and I would recommend you all to anyone and everyone

Mike & Tristan replaced all of the duct work in our attic, very professional and knowledgeable young men, very courteous and polite, all work completed in a timely manner.

I RARELY take the time to post reviews - This Company gets kudos from me for three different reasons - 1) Their website specifies FREE Quotes and Free Diagnosis - This when almost every other of their competitors require a service visit at cost b4 giving any sort of idea what the final costs might be, its almost as if their answer is "You have to pay me between $70 - $125 for the privilege of our telling what you might have to spend". I have a general Mantra about NOT spending my money with companies like that 2) The person answering the phone here, "Cat", was outstanding both in courtesy and communications skills - I had this problem previously several years ago where the air handler would not shut off - it needed a new relay - so I was fairly sure what the problem was up front - other companies I called would not even venture an educated guess at the cost to repair if this turned out to be the problem - Cat had me find the model and part number and then looked up the part and gave me a quote over the phone, that if the problem was the relay, to replace it would cost $150 which is a fair price for sure. 3) The service expert who came out, "Geno", was also excellent in every way, knowledgeable, excellent comm skills, as nice a guy as you could you could want - I ended up signing up for a twice a year service and tune up agreement for $135/yr which I can assure you from 1st hand experience is a good deal. This company seems to be what we are all looking for - The real Deal - Honest, Competent, TRUSTWORTHY - I hope that my experience and impression is legitimately correct and that they continue to do business in this same fashion !

DEAN was our service provider. We would like to adopt him as our son! He was kind, very knowlegable, explained everything to us. We knew we could trust him. And......our split unit in the Florida room works perfectly now and keeps us comfortable. We are stay-at-home retirees in our 80's. Would highly recommend Dean and Comfort Airz!!!!!!

Thank you Comfort Airz I have used your service three times and very happy with the work that was done by Matt this was just to service my air conditioner unit he found that there was a blockage in the pipe he cleared it and the unit is working good I would recommend Comfort Airz to anyone that's looking for a good company
