I RARELY take the time to post reviews - This Company gets kudos from me for three different reasons - 1) Their website specifies FREE Quotes and Free Diagnosis - This when almost every other of their competitors require a service visit at cost b4 giving any sort of idea what the final costs might be, its almost as if their answer is "You have to pay me between $70 - $125 for the privilege of our telling what you might have to spend". I have a general Mantra about NOT spending my money with companies like that 2) The person answering the phone here, "Cat", was outstanding both in courtesy and communications skills - I had this problem previously several years ago where the air handler would not shut off - it needed a new relay - so I was fairly sure what the problem was up front - other companies I called would not even venture an educated guess at the cost to repair if this turned out to be the problem - Cat had me find the model and part number and then looked up the part and gave me a quote over the phone, that if the problem was the relay, to replace it would cost $150 which is a fair price for sure. 3) The service expert who came out, "Geno", was also excellent in every way, knowledgeable, excellent comm skills, as nice a guy as you could you could want - I ended up signing up for a twice a year service and tune up agreement for $135/yr which I can assure you from 1st hand experience is a good deal. This company seems to be what we are all looking for - The real Deal - Honest, Competent, TRUSTWORTHY - I hope that my experience and impression is legitimately correct and that they continue to do business in this same fashion !

DEAN was our service provider. We would like to adopt him as our son! He was kind, very knowlegable, explained everything to us. We knew we could trust him. And......our split unit in the Florida room works perfectly now and keeps us comfortable. We are stay-at-home retirees in our 80's. Would highly recommend Dean and Comfort Airz!!!!!!

Thank you Comfort Airz I have used your service three times and very happy with the work that was done by Matt this was just to service my air conditioner unit he found that there was a blockage in the pipe he cleared it and the unit is working good I would recommend Comfort Airz to anyone that's looking for a good company

Thank you Comfort Airz! We have a two year old daughter and our AC unfortunately went out yesterday and they installed it the same day! Everyone that I dealt with was very professional. I highly recommended this company.

Could not give them a Zero Star rating on my complete Replacement. BEWARE! This company quoted an astronomical price tag. Sent a guy who did not work for them and paid him pennies on the dollar to do my difficult install never helping him in the process and he DAMAGED MY HOME by removing a piece of truss from my roof. The installation took 2days to do, he did not have a thermostat when it was done. After I realized they scammed for $1400 in permits the actual price tag should have been $250. They didn't even file for the permits til I asked where my permit was.&# Their contractor on their permits Kenneth B. Choco is a straight-up convicted felon who is scammed several people over the past 40+ years; looked him up because it is simple to do. They tried to lie and say the piece of truss was already gone when they did the job and supposedly had proof but never showed. David Short (spelling unknown because he came to my house without a badge on multiple times to finish up the install. And only when I showed them the photos from my inspection in 2017 did they bear responsibility for the mishap and then knocked off money from my bill because I caught them scamming me for permits and they damaged the structural integrity of my roof. Then the AC did not even pass inspection the first several times due to the poor quality installation. I had to force them to get a structural engineer to draw up a repair for my roof because as a home owner I want to one day maybe sell my house without having to answer for what they have done. Then they had to find a roofing company to fix it the way it was drawn up; that was a process because the company they chose could not read a diagram to save their lives which involved them having to come out several times to make sure it was done correctly. In summation; they Cold Called my wife, they sent out a contracted-out guy with little to no experience, John Macleish was not forthcoming with any information and he and his wife and the most senior technician could not get their stories straight on whether or not this guy worked for them. They tried to pull a fast one by saying my roof was already like that, David Short then admitted they had fleeced me on the permit price tag, they wanted to sidestep hiring a structural engineer initially until I got the advice from the county that if I did not get an engineer my roof could be classified as unlivable and ultimately had to force them to go with what the county said to do. THIS IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY, I am willing to bet all of these reviews are fake. Do not forget Kenneth B. Choco is the guy who pulls permits. I read on the BBB how he used to charge little old grannies a monthly fee for no services rendered. And personally read his wrap sheet over the past several decades.
