Central A/C - Install
Sean was our tech, and he was courteous, knowledgeable, punctual, and we found him very trustworthy. He was able to give us a very competitive price on an entire Carrier system, that was very close in price to what another company had quoted us for only the exterior unit replacement. The installation was not cheap, but I guess none of this stuff is going to be cheap. However, we felt like we were getting as good of a price as we could hope for. Communications were rapid and clear with Sean, and he was clean, organized and thoughtful. He even entered the warranty information for our system with the manufacturer. We were very happy with Comfortech, and feel that we have found our go-to company for HVAC.

The owner of Comfortech came to my house less than 24 hrs after contact, on a holiday, to get my ac up and running. I spoke with other companies ,prior to this, about the job and was explained that it was the busy season and I would be 10-14 days out for service. Aces!!! Highly recommended.

He did a great job. He was honest, professional and friendly. With my first child on the way he was understanding about pricing. I have had several other companies come through the door in the past who tried to sell me on everything and anything they could throw at me. They all got shown the door. Awesome job sir! My A/C unit stopped working Tuesday evening, and I was in a panic because we were expecting house guests on Friday. I entered my problem into homeadvisor.com Tuesday night. Sean called early the next morning and was able to schedule an appointment for that afternoon. Sean diagnosed and fixed the problem the same day. He found some other minor issues, but applied no sales pressure. I found him to be honest, dependable, knowledgeable, professional and friendly; and, his price was reasonable. None of the other businesses on homeadvisor even responded to my problem (which speaks volumes). This was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a service contractor, and I will definitely use Comfortech again.

Fantastic professional! Sean got my call at 9pm and was at my house first thing in the morning (the company who made my furnace wouldn't come out for SIX DAYS!) He was able to diagnose the problem very quickly, explain everything thoroughly, find a critical part and get my heat back on in just a couple hours. He is obviously very skilled, but also trustworthy and customer friendly. I'm not usually a referral kind of person, but I will go out of my way to tell people about this level of service. No one wants heat/air problems, but I will happily call again.

He was very professional and efficient. Diagnosed the problem which was a bad fan motor. The part was ordered from Delaware, he drove to Delaware to pick up the part for installation so I would have air conditiong for the weekend!
