Had an appointment for a split unit repair on Wednesday. When he was a no show 2 hours after the appointment time, I called Nick who admitted that he forgot about the appointment. He assured me heâ d call me back in 30 mins. 3 hours after that, he was still a no-call/no-show. I called again but it rang until it went to voicemail. The mailbox was full so I texted to ask if he was still coming. No response to date. Very unprofessional

If I could rate this company 0 stars I would, Nick is very unprofessional. Paid over 20k for furnace and AC install, when the inspector came out and found a laundry list of problems I reached out to have him come back and fix them never came back instead blocked me and my husband from being able to contact him… also installed a pipe to close to my eaves and could have caused carbon monoxide poisoning to my family. Had to hire a different company to come and finish a job that was already paid in full! Please beware of this company I would not recommend.

When I contacted Nick he came out the next day. His team was friendly Informative And courteous. He worked on my furnace it's cleaning it and my air Conditioner . He will be installing a new hot water tank for me on monday. Very pleased and would definitely recommend him.
