He is absolutely fantastic! I've done almost two years of research into HVAC and Geo Thermal companies and systems. Christopher Ellis is the only one that could provide me with a "schematic" of how it will be installed and look, why to install certain items, what do I look for in the installation of the equipment, what is the life expectancy, what is the payback time line, etc. I had a system installed, the work was meticulous, they worked very cleanly. They are always available for questions and concerns. The equipment is warrantied for ten years, and he keeps in touch to see how everything is going, and informs me of any manufacturer updates or changes or adjustments required on the equipment. All my neighbors have been calling with questions as well.

Tech came out and attempted to fix the air it came back on but went out the same week. Had another tech out now have to wait on part to come in. The part came in quick but I have to wait another week to get it installed.
