John from Comfort Zone called me immediately after I posted I needed help. No A/C in 80 degree weather. He showed up same day and now I m very comfortable with a working A/C. Very pleasant and explained everything he was doing. I would definitely use him again.

John came over to check the size of our a/c filter when he said he would. However, he missed two appointments to do the job. When we called him, he explained he had a couple of unexpected problems. He did come the third time and completed the job, as well as gave some good advice and feedback about other plumbing issues. Would just have liked to have been called when he was unable to come for the other two appointments, which meant that my s/o stayed home two days for no reason.
