The owner did a good job figuring out that my old system was broken and I needed a new sprinkler system installed. Immediately after installing I told them that the sprinkler heads were way to high. I would not be able to cut the grass without getting a ticket for my grass being to high. I asked them to lower the sprinkler heads. They told me that it was better to come back in a couple of months when the soil has settled. The owner said that I have a year warranty and that he would come back. He came back in October to winterize my system. He now has a new company called Irrigators. I asked him than if he can fix my sprinklers. At that point I had called him numerous times since he installed the system letting him know that 5 of my sprinklers had been leaking for months. Only after 2 months of using the sprinklers that his company installed I had to turn off the water due to the sprinklers leaking so much. I noticed the leaks only a few weeks after Comm-Scapes installed the system. It has now been ten months that I have been calling the owner to fix the leaking sprinklers. All he has done is given me a run around. He has refused to honor his warranty for the work performed. I paid him almost $8k for my new sprinkler system and I will have to hire someone else to fix his work. I would not recommend hiring this company.

The required work was done quickly and completely. I can barely see where the grass was removed and hole made for repairing/replacing a broken pipe.

The job that I requested to be done was just set up my sprinkler system and it still doesn't work properly. He up-sold me on some sprinkler heads that were actually mine. They charged me $25 apiece to put them in, which took him about 15 seconds, and when I called him again to come and fix the timer he said he would be here on Wednesday and that was 2 weeks ago. Haven't been able to get a hold of him since.

Darren and his team were prompt, courteous, and quoted the price before starting the work. My only concern is that a portion of the service call was not applied to the service fee. With my phone call description of the work to Darren, my repair was easy to diagnose and fix, so the typical service call fee is a little high in my view. That said, I would still hire them again. Probably to winterize my system.

I've been trying to get these guys to come back and fix the sprinkler system they worked on for 6 weeks! They were paid for their services, but do not return phone calls or emails. The have left me without a working system as we begin the hottest months. What I thought was a done project has been a nightmare. I'm truly disgusted by their lack of professionalism.
