Commercial Erectors Corporation is proud to be a locally owned and operated business that has provided our customers with radiant heating installation and service work since 1962! We feel that hot water is the best heating system a home or business can have is the one you don't realize is there. No radiators clanking in the night, vents whooshing when they kick on,no electrical wires to break in the floor, just an even blanket of heat. It is also one of the most efficient ways to warm your home or business. As a locally owned and operated business we take incredible pride in the reputation that we have built over the years. Jim was amazing! This was not just an install, its his craft! He built the system for our floor. He had several visits to complete the job. He came back to check on the system --fine tuning etc AFTER it was all in place. He is excellent and very detailed! WE love our floor, it was he best thing we ever did for the addition to our home. We are VERY happy with Jim!

Did a very professional job, replacing a defective water heater that supplied water to a radiant floor system that was part of a very complicated hot water system. I would use Jim Prokopowicz company again considering the fine work that he did on our building.

Not only did he adjust the boiler pressure, review settings & do a health-check on our radiant floor heating - I also received a quick lesson on boilers, radiant heating & the pumps and valves that run it all! He was an excellent value & very patient with my many new-home owner questions! Will recommend and use again!
