Sod installers laid sod over a sprinkler head but error was quickly corrected.

Commercial Lawn Management (CLM) was hired to come in and clean up and correct a previous contractors mess. We had an in-ground pool filled in; the grade was wrong and the yard needed more dirt. Our main contact with CLM was Luke Carter. He was very friendly and professional. He had great ideas on what to do with our back yard and was able to work within our remaining budget. They brought in topsoil, graded it and then laid sod over the backyard. They also graded and seeded a side yard and in front of a detached shop that the previous contractor had torn up. His crew was always prompt, courteous and cleaned up at the end of each day. The project took three days; they had to take down and put back a section of fence each day. They were very hard workers, seldom taking a break. I will definitely use CLM for any other Landscaping projects I have.

The work was done in a timely fashion. The work was done with my expectations as a guide. When the work was done a complete clean-up was done along with a test of the system for problems and performance adjustments. I am having them do some additional work on my system which should make it totally correct and operate more efficiently.

Keep an eye out for when they are finishing their work. I was left with some very dirty walls. What is surprising is that contractors have a very specific step in the process of work. That step is clean your area when not using it.

Very honest with their bid. We're early to work. It started snowing and they just kept working. Professional and cleaned up. I am very happy. I was concerned about the snow melting right into my basement, but now I can watch it snow with out stressing out. I would recommend.
