Very friendly and quick contacted me about service and got it done no later than 2 hours later they were here for maybe 20 min

David was always on time or early. I was not present during the work, but everything was done in one day, even with a small aesthetic repair due to the old panel and pole. Work area was clean; like they were never there. Would definitely recommend and may use again if I run into something I can't do myself!

I used them for my last project and I need them again. They were excellent.

David confirmed my appointment and arrived about 20 minutes early on the requested date to take a look at out electrical system. The outside GFCI outlets and one in one of the bathrooms were not working, and the reset button on the outside outlet was not working. They spent some time checking out the system and found that there was low voltage going to the outlet in the bathroom. They finally traced the problem to some poor wire nut connections in a junction box in the attic. I was very impressed with the timeliness and thoroughness of their work and will definitely call Commercial and Residential Electric again if we have any more electrical problems in the house.

Great Above and beyond

We called David to take a look at an older dryer connection in our cabin outside Cloudcroft. Not only did he show up(not always a sure thing in the mountains) he was on time. After looking at what we had , he told us what he would have to do and gave us a quote. He worked us in to his schedule for the next day, again arrived promptly, and went to work. When he was finished, he told us he had found the wiring situation was good after all, and the price was only about one-third of his original estimate! My new dryer works beautifully. We would very highly recommend David to anyone who wants an efficient and dependable company in the Cloudcroft/Alamogordo area.

David was very honest and professional. Definitely contracting again for other projects in the area.

These guys were amazing. They called and let me know they were on another job (in the mountains) but would be back in town in the afternoon and could swing by to take a look. They were very experienced. They had to finish their other job but came right back to help me. Switched wires, explained everything they did. I will definitely recommend them to all my co-workers and friends. My three boys and I appreciate all their help with keeping us cool.
