Committed Contracting

Replaced roofs damaged by hail. All problems worked out with insurance adjusters. Work done in timely and fair manner. Followed through with any Concerns , polite and considerate. Highly recommend.

I agreed to $1800 cost for roof maintenance. He spent 3.5 hours and some roof calk. He made $500 per hour on me. I feel I was taken and cheated.

This company needs to be committed. I met with Shawn who seemed like a great guy, and seems to know his business. He explained to me that he was getting good at flat rubber roofs that needed attention, so I hired them to fix a couple of small decks at a duplex I own. I signed a legal contract with this company, and paid $600 to them to get the project going. I asked several times for a start date. They never could commit to a time. He gave me an approximate time frame, but never a commitment. Five weeks rolled but and no word. I called and Shawn him and hawed about the weather and this and that. He explained that they were busy and backed up, which I understood given the weather conditions, with the weather condition and they were backed up. A few days later, he called me back and the price goes from $2100 to $8000 to fix these two small decks. I said no dice and explained to that I need my money back, (my $600) and that I would have to move on. Time is ticking and NO MONEY. I called a few days ago, no money.

They were polite. The work was done the next day for a competitive price. He also called after the next rain to be sure that the roof was not leaking. -Nice-

The contractor was on time and installed my window just right.
