Sam was extremely prompt when I called him after a large storm. I figured he would be backed up but when I called but he came out that day and did his estimates for my insurance company. I was anxious to get going since we had damage to roof. He gave me a day within the same week he could get started. When that day arrived his crew started work early that morning. He had a large crew and each and everyone of them gave me the Ritz Carlton treatment being very professional. They answered all my concerns and requests with a ""no problem" attitude. Once they began the work went very quickly. They handled every detail of my prior discussion with the owner and even did a few extra things for us at no charge. Clean up was amazing. My wife commented that our driveway has not looked that good since we poured it. If you want prompt services, very personable crew members, a company that pays attention to all the details then I highly recommend Common Ground arborist.

Sam & crew were efficient. They took care to preserve my young Holly trees and didnâ t trample my moss. I gave some autonomy about hazardous trees that were beyond my scope of knowledge and they removed a couple of trees, such as one bifurcated at the stump. This is my second time hiring them and I am satisfied with both jobs. They cleaned up all debris and left me loving my property even more! I recommend them to everyone. Tera Wilson

Totally pleased with the crew and the job they did. They carefully assessed what needed to be done and worked very efficiently. Were very careful to not disturb some flowers that were close by the tree they were removing. Did a great job of cleaning up. SAM AND HIS TEAM WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, MY YARD WAS CLEANER AFTER THEY COMPLETED THE REMOVAL OF TWO LARGE OAK TREES THAN IT WAS BEFORE THEY STARTED.

The crew was up front with estimate and kept you updated when they would arrive and be able to do the work. They were awesome from beginning to end and after they were finished, the result was great and they cleaned up the area like they weee never there. I highly recommend the tree company.
