He came out and took tests. I gave him a check which he cashed that day. He said results would be in a week. It has been two weeks, he doesn?t answer emails or phone calls, but he has my money. Update - he finally responded to our calls and said he had had a personal emergency and we did get our results a couple of days later. All of this could have been prevented by a phone call or email from him letting us know he needed more time.

They study your situation to figure out your problem and potential solution. They listen very carefully, investigate, test and diagnose only. They give test results and a recommended course of action. They do not do remediation (which would be a conflict of interest).

Lee was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He answered all our questions. The only reason, I didn't provide a 5 star rating is, we were told the results should be available within a week, and we were very anxious to receive them because of health concerns. The work was done 9:30 AM November 29, and we did not receive any results until 6:14 PM Dec 10, although I had called 3 times and left messages on Dec 9, after we hadn't received the results I called both the HomeAdvisor Number, and what I was told was his private number. None of my calls were returned. When we finally got the results, This is what the email said, " Mr.----, Please find attached a copy of the IAQ letter and sample results for the samples collected at your home. Please contact CES with any questions. Thank you! Please respond to this message so I know you received the attachments this time. It's the second attempt" This was the only communication. Their was no indication of any prior attempt to send anything to my email, and no phone calls to me, although he had my phone number. I'm very happy with the work done, not as happy with the timeliness of providing me with the results.

Lee McNutt was very knowledgeable about residential indoor air quality. The results provided included a summary letter from him and the lab report from the lab that performed the analysis. The information provided answered all of the questions we had.
