Egress Window Installation
Roger does great work! He installed a new egress window into a bedroom in my basement at a cost cheaper than his competition and still kept the job at a very high quality. Highly recommend for future projects!

Egress Window Installation
We hired Commonwealth Builders to finish a bedroom in our basement. Roger and his team are top notch. Christian is an artist with drywall finishing. I have lived in Northern Virginia for over 15 years and have not worked with anyone that lives up to the professionalism, honesty and straight forward approach that Commonwealth Builders demonstrated throughout the bedroom project. They were on time everyday, respected the house like it was their own, did the work quickly, but did not rush anything. I will absolutely continue to work with Roger and Christian and highly recommend others do too.

Egress Window Installation
Roger and his son did a fantastic job on our egress window. He said what he was going to do, when he was going to do it and then did it. They worked out in pouring down rain to keep the project on track. The end result was exactly as we wanted it and even better than we were expecting. Every day Roger and his team made sure to clean up the job site before leaving for the day. Roger does more than just egress work and he will now become our go to contractor. I can't recommend him enough!

The work was performed by Roger (owner) and his son. He explained exactly what was entailed and delivered a great end product. The window looks much better than I had imagined. They also did a very thorough clean up of the job site when done. If every service I had to deal with operated in this way my life would be hugely simplified. I will definitely use these guys if I have additional projects and would highly recommend them to others.

Roger Cole did a beautiful job installing our egress window. He is the classic textbook of what you value and expect from a builder/contractor. He was the first one to call when I posted my project need on Home Advisor. After gathering 4 estimates, I chose Roger's company because of his professionalism, project timeline, knowledge of the installation process, and references. I am pleased to say that he met all our expectations! Pleasure to work with and would highly recommend his work. Great work ethic! Can't say enough about how happy we are with his work!

Working with Roger was a great experience. He stayed in close contact with us from the start and the project progressed exactly has he promised. Roger is a meticulous craftsman. He is dependable, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to be around. The egress window looks great and we are very happy with the final product. I was very impressed with the total experience and the final delivered product. Every aspect was extremely professional from receiving a bid throughout the entire construction process. Communication was great as Roger always let us know what time the work would take place and always arrived right on time. He cared very much about the final product and did a great job of cleaning up the job site after all the work was completed. I would not hesitate to contact him in the future for other projects.

Outstanding!!! Worked his butt off making the project perfect(really back-breaking work), The egress window looks and works great a year later - no leaks, looks beautiful. Really nice and polite man, professional, dependable and extremely skilled. One of the last true real carpenters/skilled professional in his field... would NEVER show up with any people he hadn't worked with for years. Roger did an ansolutely outstanding job of installing our egress window. He worked closely with us on planning and helped us stay within our budget. He and his crew were prompt, courteous, and very professional. When finished the worksite was cleaner than when they started! All in all it was a great experience, and I will be using Commonwealth for future projects.
