After dodging salespeople trying to sell Solar roof installs for 3 years, someone finally sent the right person. That person was Jenni from Commonwealth Energy. When we first met, I was working and watching my very, very, very energetic toddler. Jenni could tell I was stressed, and was very respective of that, and asked if there was any other time she could discuss the process and benefits Commonwealthâ s offerings of Solar installations. Jenni was very respectful of my time and came back during a time frame we agreed on for the following week. When we next met, Jenni explained the benefits and incentives of Commonwealthâ s Solar installs, and also that they would be freeâ which sounded too good to be true, but wasnâ t. She made ensured us that there would be no cost, no fees, and that everything needed would be covered by CE. She wasnâ t lying. Iâ m currently sitting under a brand new roof, with fully functional and operating Solar Panels, all for free, NO panel leasing, or any other Solar horror stories your friends tell you. Our monthly bill is capped at a fixed rate, and is lower than before, it stays the same no matter how much extra we use, which we tend to do. The entire install process was painless. Our roof was replaced in about 6 hours, and about two weeks later we had the solar panels installed. The workers were respectful and we hardly noticed they were there. I am hopeful that others take advantage of Commonwealth Energyâ s solar install offerings. Jenni was so kind, respectful, caring, and responsive, she was always ready to answer any questions we had as soon as we reached out. Easily my favorite salesperson iâ ve ever worked with. Thereâ s no reason not to checkout CE, to see if youâ re able to take advantage of their awesome offerings and services. Electricity is only going to get more expensive, the time to make the move to Solar is now, and Commonwealth can definitely get the job done.

Jenny is outstanding to work with. She is very intelligent, articulate, and a master of information regarding the solar business model and, not only how it will benefit you as a home owner, but how it fits in with macro economic events, current trends, and future projections. This deal was a win win win! A financial Win for us, an environmental win for climate change, and a community win for the grid and production of electricity. I highly recommend working with Jenny. She presents the offerings thoroughly but any remaining questions you may have are quickly and accurately answered. Initially we were against getting solar panels and after knowing more and listening to all the details we were sold. Five stars

The first thing that ill start by saying is that Vincent reached out to me right away, which may not sound like a big deal but when you are trying to coordinate multiple projects you want someone who is responsive rather than having to chase people down. Vincent gave me a ballpark quote when we first spoke, and he estimated how much mass save would cover and how much id have to pay out of pocket... 2 months later when we did the work he was on the money!! (No pun intended). By the way the reason it took 2 months was because we had to close on the house we were buying, however, commonwealth was ready in a 2 week turn around. One of the benefits of using Commonwealth Energy is that they are qualified to perform the audit and do the install as well. Some of my friends recently had an audit done, so you basically have some stickler from the utility company come out, and then nickle and dime you about whats covered... then you need to find a contractor for the work, and wait months until theyre good and ready. As far as workmanship goes, its all regulated under the mass save program so you have not to worry about as there are inspectors that typically come around and inspect the workmanship afterwards, but again as some one who is in the trade, and who is very type A, i will tell you they did a great job. He was also very informative and gave me useful tips right away on how to save money and make the most of the mass save program. I later told him that i personally work for one of the largest commercial energy performance contractors in the country, and all of the advice he had given me was very good... in fact i had verified everything that we planned to do with an insulation contractor that i have previously worked with in other states. His crew was professional and had a great sense of humor. We in ended up installing blown in cellulose over roughly 950sf in two different attics, plus they installed 2” rigid foam insulation over a large knee wall spanning 34’, they insulated and wrapped 3 attic doors, replace all incandescent lamps under the mass save program, plus several other upgrades... i wish i could post pictures... great job guys!!
