Commonwealth Repair Services, LLC

Within an or so of calling, he was at my door and in no time at all was able to diagnose the problem with my non chilling GE refrigerator. He needs 3 parts and was able to get them and install them by the next morning. How grateful I am to have a quick expert repair and mot have to buy a new appliance. He was professional, experienced, and adept. It was a pleasure to work with someone as perfect for the job as he was easy to work with. Cannot rate highly enough!

Amazing, nice, good quality work

Rob even explained to me - an old lady - what was wrong and how he would repair it. He did a great job.

I had them come and supposedly repair my icemaker. When they left, I called them again to tell them that it was making the same sound it made before it broke. He came the next day and said it was nothing. Well it broke just 3 months later. He claims that he told me that the repair would only last 3 months. I would have never agreed to fix it in the first place for $371 that would only last for 3 months. Now he is refusing to step up. I got ripped off. I contacted BBB and lawyer.

The technician did an excellent job for a reasonable fee.

Rob repaired our dryer. Turned out there was a faulty part so he came back the next day to fix it. He was very responsive with communication as to when he would be here and explained everything that needed to be repaired

Rob came out the same day I called to repair my refrigerator. It turned out that it still was not working the next morning and he responded immediately, returned and corrected the problem.

They were on time and had the parts on hand to make the repair in one visit.

Good, but they are too expensive for me.

Very knowledgeable and knew the exact fix. Highly recommend.

Rob is very knowledgeable and knew the exactfix that a factory mech screwed up

Robert was very thorough and explained everything. He was able to fix the fridge.

Robert came when scheduled. He diagnosed the problem, had repair parts available and fixed the problem. He called back the next day to make sure everything was OK. Great service all around, before and after.

Very professional

Robert came within the hour. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, had the parts and fixed it! I would recommend him to others!

Robert from commonwealth service responded to my request quickly. We were able to schedule a service appointment the next day. And he fixed the problem during his visit and provided timely updates. Great work. Thanks!

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for appliance repairs. Offered excellent customer service and was fairly priced. Rob quickly diagnosed and fixed my dryer and even went to pick up the needed part. He was friendly, professional and helpful.

Very professional, efficient and quick

Rob Zafari was everything I would expect from a true professional.

He is personable, professional, very competent. He returned the next day to fix an additional problem for no charge. We have never had better service.

Robert, the Commonwealth technician, has over 15 years of appliance repair working for Sears. He jumped right in and got the job done. He picked up the needed part, returned to our home, then installed the part, tested the dryer, and explained what he was doing.

Robert was phenomenal. He called immediately after I submitted the inquiry through Angie's List. Set up an appointment same-day because it was a refrigerator emergency. Upon arrival he walked me through all the details of his diagnosis, as well as full cost breakout for the work that would likely need to be done. Can't speak highly enough of what a positive experience it was. Definitely recommend Commonwealth Repair Services, and Robert in particular!
