Jason of Commtech spent time scoping the project over the phone, gave a professional estimate, and a full contract. On installation day, a family emergency caused him to be late, which did not allow sufficient time to test the installation. He came back later (at a convenient time for us) to do the testing and final adjustments. Good job, good follow-up

I had an 17 yr old antenna on my roof(chimney)which was recieving 20 digital channels. My signal strength was at best 58%. Jason White gave me an estimate for replacing and mounting a new antenna, which was very reasonable. Jason scheduled me for a new antenna installation and showed up when he said he would. Two hours later I had a new antenna, 30 digital channels, and a 98% signal strength. Great job !

I wasn't sure whether I needed a pro to put an antenna on my roof and connect it to my Samsung HDTV. But the answer was YES! I now have free HD access to all of the local broadcast stations in my area, and the reception is crystal clear. First of all, Jason helped me save money by recommending the right antenna. (I would have overspent getting another product.) But the fact is that getting the best reception is often an art, and Jason knew where to locate the antenna and how to point it in exactly the right direction. The price was essentially as quoted by Commtech.

Jason White really knows his craft. He moved my TV antenna from my attic to my rooftop, then finessed the antenna's position on my roof and disconnected one of my TV sets from an old rotor, vastly improving my TV reception. He was able to restore a station that I could not pick up at all after the digital conversion, and he boosted the power of my antenna so that I could still receive the public-broadcast channels that I really wanted to keep getting. This meant that I didn't have to sacrifice one channel to receive another. He is an absolute genius! Thank you, Jason!

I hired Jason White, Commtech, for installation of a UHF rooftop antenna for reception of HDTV. I want to report Mr. White performed the work at the time indicated and I believe his work was performed in a workmanlike manner. I'm now able to receive 32 digital channels and am very pleased with the rooftop reception. I would recommend Mr. White to others needing installation of a rooftop antenna.

I have had to change my previous good rating because of a lack of response from Commtech. They completed a few projects for me 2 years ago but my antenna rotor stopped working recently. I have called for over 2 weeks & after initial contact, I now just get voicemail & no return phone calls. The weather had been bad before but we have had very good weather during my time of attempted contact. I don't know what happened to Commtech but if I had known any follow up requests would be like this, I would never have used them. Things have obviously changed with Commtech. I would be VERY careful if considering this company. You have been warned!!!

Jason White was conscientious in completing the job on time for the cable company to do their install. He returned several times to complete repairs of holes that were required for pulling cables. His work well thought out, neatly executed, and accomplished with no disruption to the operation of the household.

Professionalism at its best. Jason cares a great deal about customer satisfaction. As a result, every aspect of the project was discussed in advance and any deviations from the original plan revisited. I would have Commtech do similar work in my house any time.

He was able to install a new cable line when we thought it might be virtually impossible. Minimized the amount of holes he had to make and patched things up at the end. Very prompt and thorough with his work. Another plus was he was very prompt at answering emails
