they did top notch job

We have used Community Builders at three different times now and are pleased with the windows that they put in. We lately had a sun room done and it looks nice but the quality of the product is somewhat over priced. They did a good job but a couple of the slider windows were cut too short and the installer told me he would order more materials and get back to replace them which NEVER happened. A person from their company called to see how everything went and assured me he would turn in a ticket to have this fixed but no one has ever came back out. I would get windows again but not a sun room because it was too over priced!

I was contacted by several different companys through Community Builders and went with Sears, they contacted me right away and did a fanastic job explaining the process. Some of the contracters recommended from this site waiting 3-4 weeks to even contact me and by then I all ready had the job finished.

I probably paid more than I should have for the product I bought, but this was my first experience in buying windows, and when I do the downstairs next year I will do much better. However, the installer, Austin was a true craftsman and I could not have found anyone better. He answered every question I had and I never felt like he was trying to be evasive in his answers.

I would recommend Community Builders to anyone wishing to improve their home! Excellent work and the results look amazing!

Horrible..............

They were courteous, on time and installed the windows quickly and efficiently. The result was great looking exterior to my home.

Their Crane Cedar Ridge siding is great. The installers did quality work. Poor communication from the saleman to the installers and the homeowner. The project took twice as long to complete due to staffing issues. I'm pleased with the end result.

Very pleased with windows and doors. Installers did a good job and cleaned up everything nicely.

My windows were sweating with the last snow fall and the sales person has yet to follow up with me after several phone calls to them. If I was strictly rating the sales person, I would give them 1 star. The payment information I was provided at the beginning has completely changed.

Salesman Dan was very polite and informative.No high pressure and easy to work with. Work crew was fast,efficient,hardworking,very friendly,polite,tidy,and personable.It is unusual these days to find a company these days with no/low pressure sales staff who seem to go the extra mile with a crew of young men who have a work ethic and manners.A++++++++++++

Not real impressed with the salesman as after we decided to get the siding through them, he came back a couple weeks later and wanted to sell us something for our attic. We said no we didn't want to do that right now -- he offered it free even -- and we still said no, not now. The next thing we know -- we heard from someone who was coming to put the stuff in our attic -- and once again -- we said no. As for the work on the house -- the workers were fantastic, very professional, very knowledgeable of what they were doing and did a fantastic job. We are really pleased with the way our house looks now.

Quality window. Quality install. Installer cleaned up after himself, but was always later than he said he would be.

I signed the contract in June but have yet to receive the new windows. They gave the best price for the specifications I wanted for replacing all my windows. Their quality appeared to be the same and slightly better than other contractors. I am sure I will enjoy them.

We had a great experience. I thought they were a little expensive but their staff was wonderful. Very prompt too.

They spent three days and cleaned up after themselves. The called to let me know when they would arrive so that I could let them in my house. They went beyond our contract and hung a cabinet for me.

My experience with the roof install was great! However my experience with their gutter installation was the pits!
