BEWARE... it shows a free estimate on a project: I recieved a call the day before from the company to confirm the appt and was askes for private information to get qualified for financing at that time. since we did not qualify for finance i was called back and told that my FREE estimate and appt was canceled. mind you i did not ask for financing at any time!

The company has been in business for a long time and Mike did a great job installing the siding and gutters quickly and efficiently. It did take a bit of time to have the crew come out. but I guess they have more jobs than quality installers. It is worth the wait.

Community Builders is an all around go-to company for a lot of things. They installed my new windows on my house years ago and now my new metal roof. We are doing a lot of remodeling on our older mobile home and will be calling them again for other projects we are doing in the future.

Nobody showed up to do the job. I called after waiting two months, and was told they were waiting for an installer. The concrete was poured and he did a good job and was very professional. I can't rate this company because they didn't build the patio cover. Right now, I rate them zero....

Roofing patterns were not strictly adhered to. Overall appearance is good. Tightness of singles is good. Work crew was late on first day and said they were give very little notice that they had to go out of town to do this job, which gave them a sour outlook on the job.
