Not properly insured. After a worker fell off a ladder and left my property in an ambulance I was told the worker worked for another company. The situation is still not resolved. Would not hire.

They came and got the job done in 3 days that took other contractor weeks and weeks to get to. Wish I had hired them right from the start. Lesson learned.

Overall a very good experience- responsiveness, thoroughness, courteousness. The downside was that they are probably quite pricey. This was a small job - replace a couple asphalt shingle strips that had come off in high winds. Hard to get anyone to respond to that, but CHS did, and got to it in a timely way. They also examined the general condition of the roof and found some nailheads driven right through shingles and so not holding down anything and more susceptible to damage by winds. So, yes, I'd recommend CHS, but expect them to be somewhat pricey, and you might want to be sure to get an estimate beforehand. Very glad to have our roof back to intatct-ness!

Larry Ray was very helpful and courteous. My problem was not to get an estimate for the job. I supplied the replacement shingles. He installed the missing shingles, used his adhesive and the labor should have been the only cost. As it was, for 2 hours he was here, the cost to me was $1,165 dollars. That figures out to over $500.00 per hour. I was taken aback by the cost but I felt I had no other alternatives.

I don't usually do reviews but I have to do one for this company. Larry was at my house within two hours and less than an hour after that I had a written detailed proposal to replace my barn roof with metal. He promised a short turn around on material delivery and installation. He called me on Easter Sunday to say that he had improved on both dates. He inspected the materials when they arrived and had his crew there the next day. You could tell easily that the crew members knew what they were doing and also worked hard at the project. They were also very cordial and polite. They predicted a completion time of 7:00 pm on the second day and I watched as they placed the very last piece at exactly 7:00. I almost didn't want to do this project this year because some companies tend to string you along all summer with broken promises. Larry does what he says he will do, when he says he will do it. Now I can enjoy my summer.

Larry did a fast and efficient job for me, quick and thorough.. Heâ s a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Heâ s easy to work with and he keeps his word. Highly recommend.

Larry was great. From the time I called in my emergency to the time it was repaired was literally 2 hours. Great service from both Larry and his associate. I will be hiring them for future home repairs.

Larry and team were timely, effective, and very easy for me to schedule and work with. The job required replacement of siding above the second-floor windows. They were careful and took the time required to do the task safely and responsibly. I will definitely use again for these jobs that are too big for me to tackle on my own.

Got a call from Larry just a few minutes after I requested a quote and he came out the next morning check my roof out. He repaired my missing shingles and replaced some I'd had done before that were the wrong color, whole thing was fixed around 24 hours after I'd noticed something was wrong. Definitely recommended.

Easy to work with

I canâ t say enough about Larry and his crew. They replaced my deck, trimmed trees, replaced some siding and repaired and sealed my driveway. Price was very reasonable, and Larry and the guys are just great. Polite, funny and efficient. They cleaned up everything and left it looking so much better than before. I highly recommend them!
