Community Maintenance Services has been in business since 1985. I have over 30 years of experience in maintaining and improving the interior and exterior of homes. I will arrive on time and make sure the job is done right before I leave. There is no need to make multiple calls and set up different appointments for your home maintenance and repair projects. I specialize in cabinets, decks, fences, windows and doors, plumbing repairs and painting. In addition, I repair plaster and drywall, siding and tile. No project is too small.
