100% recommend them. You can trust them to do a great job at an affordable price. I am elderly and had no idea how much it would cost to have a faucet replaced. Another company came here and told me the job would cost $1500 and wanted to do the bathroom too (nothing wrong in there) with a grand total of $3000. I almost went with the $1500 but felt I was being taken advantage of. I was. Community called and well, let's just say, I didn't have to open a credit card account (as the other company suggested) to get excellent service. I cannot recommend them enough.

I had a minor plumbing issue with a toilet and spoke with George. He came the next day and everything is working great! Nice guy, clean and efficient!

Teri called and set up an appointment to have our water heater replaced the next day. We required a shorter heater to accommodate our venting into the chimney. I sent pictures, as she requested, of the 5 valves supplying hot water to various locations. Teri searched and found the right heater for our space. George built a new tree supporting the valves as all were corroded. The end product looked fantastic and allows us to isolate a potential leaking line. He brought all the needed valves, piping, and elbows. He and his helper Domonic worked diligently to complete my installation which was not a typical job. We now have a better heater, due to the unique size and are with hot water 24 hours after my initial call. George and his helper worked tirelessly. I am going to call Community Plumbing and Heating for the next project. It was refreshing to meet someone who takes pride in their work.

George brought himself and a helper with him whose name I don't remember but both very polite. He did a great job on kitchen faucet and also installed a vanity for me that was a small challenge due to one of the valves on the wall getting in the way of one of the drawers. I won't get into how he got around it, but I still have a working drawer and all is good!

You would be so lucky to hire George and Terri. - they hurried to address no heat and no gas - they worked with my tenants and inspectors to find open times to resolve the issue as quickly as possible - they were diligent, checked their own work, instilled confidence at every turn - they were incredibly responsive, and met every commitment they made around timeliness, completion, and quality

George, Dominique and Teri are all great people and real professionals. The proposal by Teri was presented clearly and did not take long time to compile. George and Dominique did the great job (replaced the sink faucet and drain back valve. They also renovated old and ugly small half bathroom and it looks now like a brand new one. They were very considerate with our business and our customers and did the job without disturbing our operations at all. We are glad to recommend them to other people and also definitely hire them for our future plumbing and carpenter jobs.

George and his crew, including Teri, are amazing. They showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently and were very reasonably priced. I will use Community plumbing for all my plumbing needs! So happy, can t say enough good things about them!

These guys did a great job on both "sides" of the business - George's work was clean, neat, and professional, and Teri was extremely responsive and attentive to our emails. They finished most of the work - a tankless gas water heater install - on a single day, but did not have the final parts to cover the exterior vents (which sort of depends on the setup of your house), and had to order it, as well as remove the old tank water heater and install a condensate pump. A lot of contractors would be hard to get back into the house to finish the work once they already were paid, but George and Teri at Community Plumbing made sure to follow up and schedule the final touches, and show up on time to finish it. I am going to use them for plumbing work in the near future.

I hired this company to do the plumbing on a new kitchen sink. They did great work and charged me almost half of what another company quoted me for the same job. Plus they got my garbage disposal working that I thought had been broken for years. I would highly recommend this company and I plan on using them again in the future.

Community called me right away. They took the time to understand the problem over the phone and scheduled the service for that afternoon. They came on time and with the right parts to fix the leak. The part was a bit more expensive than anticipated but their service fee was as they quoted. George and Terry were great great. I would call them again for any plumbing repair.
