the work didn't last (i don't know if he did the job poorly or used inferior parts). when i called to get him to come back out i told our toilet wasn't usable and we had raw sewage in the apartment. He said he'd come out then cancelled 6 hours later. at that point i had to pay through the nose to get a 24 hour company to come out. Terrible

I had hired Community Plumbing for cleaning out the sewer earlier this year. Based on the previous posts / feedback, and the cost of the work it seemed reasonable to hire this company. Mike from community plumbing did an extremely poor job. He performed (somewhat) the work and charged me the full amount. However, the water backed up the very next day and I tried to get in touch with Mike. He avoided returning my calls or providing a partial refund so I could get the sewer cleaned from another professional. I regret having this experience and will NOT recommend him.

Alex really is knowledgeable, reasonable and friendly. It does take a while to get used to the accent, but once you do you'll be happy. I liked that he kept giving me options. He seemed genuinely concerned about me making a good, yet financially wise decision. He came to my condo unit, unplugged a local drain, but then after some thorough analysis he found out it was a building issue. He came back a few hours later (after I had coordinated with my neighbors not to use water) and fixed the problem. Since he spent a lot of time at my place and did two services, I was afraid of what it was going to cost. It ended up being half of what I expected
