Eric and the staff of professionals were extremely helpful when making modifications to my home due to my father's mobility issues. They developed a plan for the bathroom and entering the home. L. C. Construction stayed on schedule, their workmanship was excellent with the bonus of a great clean up. The price was reasonable for the services rendered. Most of all Eric, Brad and Derrick appeared to genuinely care about their workmanship down to the smallest details.

ERIC AND HIS CREW DID A GREAT JOB ON BUILDING A PORCH AND WHEELCHAIR RAMP FOR ME AND MY FAMILY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE THAT NEEDS WORK DONE AROUND THE HOUSE. THEY ARE RELIABLE,DEPENDABLE AND DO EXCELLANT WORK.

We were under a very tight work constraint as far as schedule and LCC worked very well with us.

L C Construction was hired to remodel my mother's home to make it safer & easier for her to remain in her home versus moving into a 524 sq. ft. Co Op. Eric & his team worked with my mom re: their recommendations & her requests. The work was completed in a matter of days. They were prompt, courteous, and efficient. The clean up was meticulous. Her basement laundry is now on the main floor. There is little reason for her to have to manage the basement stairs. She now has safe & easy entrances to her home. She is so happy with the results & the relatively little time it took. She said, "I wish I did this 5 yrs. ago."

We are pleased with the ramp that they built for us. They do quality work and they are always available to answer any concerns or questions you might have.

Once the permit was granted and the weather cooperated LC Construction got the ramp built in about 3 days. Everything looks great. I would highly recommend Eric and LC Construction.

The project was completed on time and on budget. They provided suggestions both before and during construction that improved the final results. The site was left clear of litter. Only minor cleanup on my part was required. They solicited directions from me during the construction phase to assure my satisfaction. There are some minor finishing touches yet required, but I am confident that they will be handled to my complete satisfaction.

Eric and Brad squeezed us in between other jobs, to allow my father who was in the hospital and couldn't come home until the ramp was built. The qualtiy was unbelievable, they even worked in the rain to ensure the completion for my father. Im glad we chose Community Renovations to do the ramp. Thank you guys.

LC Construction Does Wonderful Work! The People are very helpful & really listened to my needs in designing my wheelchair ramp. I plan on using them for other accessibility projects in my home. I Highly Recommend LC Construction to anyone. They were honest & Trustworthy, I felt like they really care about me as a person & wanted to do something to help me be more independent , They did this Ramp at the end of January even though the weather was brutal, but they knew I couldn't move in until the ramp was complete so the guys got it done quickly.

They were extremely helpfull. They responded quickly and fit us in between other jobs to get our handicap ramp up as quickly as possible. With all the trouble we have had trying to get help for all my husbands medical issues this was a welcome relief!! We gave the ocupational therapist and visiting nurses their card so they could recommend them to others needing help. We get praises for how well it is constructed all the time from the mailman to ems drivers and ambulance services. They love how sturdy and well built it is. We love it!!!! Thank you so much!!

We were very pleased with the construction.

I needed a ramp built asap. we had a few bids and L C construction was by far the best price . Not only that but they got started on this project right away and had it completed in basicly 2 days which was right before the july 4th holiday . The guys were very freindly and attentive . When we had a couple things that we wanted tweaked or a little more secure they took care of it no problems. I was very pleased and would highly recommend L C construction. We really like the ramp and my sister who just came home from hospital likes it too . Thank You L C construction.

Overall our experience with LC Construction was very good. Quote turnaround was very quick. Pricing was low end of the range of other prices that I had received. Eric Cabajo was very fair and willing to please. Work quality was very good. Project work date was held. Most importantly, they were very neat and clean. Part of the job involved tearing out old drywall in the ceiling of an open loft. They were able to do this without getting plaster dust etc. anywhere else in the house! Their cleanup was very thorough and neat, leaving very minimal work on our part.
