GS Design and Build-Unlicensed Contractor

REMODEL: Geri and his team remodeled 3 bathrooms in my house. He and his team were accommodating to my wants and preferences. The pricing was reasonable too especially for the final product I ended up with. He gives you a scope of work that details exactly what the project includes. He also knows all the good places in the Bay Area to shop for supplies. NO MORE GROUT! YAY!: I have a dislike for grout because it's hard to clean and in my opinion not sanitary. I had grout on the flooring tile I've been wanting to get rid of. Geri recommended flooring without grout that's easy to clean and walls in my showers without grout too, which makes me soooo happy not to ever need to clean grout ever again! He even saved me money in labor because the shower walls and floors were way less labor time rather than placing tiles one by one. CLEAN: His team lays down tarp on the floors in the home to make sure they don't ruin your carpets. They were also careful to wear masks the entire time they were working for COVID safety. OVERALL: I recommend Geri and his team. He is responsive promptly with phone calls and or text. His accent might be hard to understand sometimes, but we had a good laugh about some of the word mix-ups.
