I needed a new electrical panel. He provided all that was needed to get the job done and in a good time frame. From getting a permit to installing the panel. All was done with great skill and he was a friendly worker. Yes I would recommend his services.

I believe it was very expensive for the work that was actually done. They cut three holes for one telephone outlet and left two for me to fix. I asked for a motion sensor light at the front door and an additional light on the garage. They were all put on the same switch when I requested separate switches. I either have to leave the garage lights on all the time or remember to turn on the switch for the motion sensor light at the front when it gets dark. He told me he scheduled an inspection. I waited at home for the inspector but it hadn't been scheduled. Ok, I guess but not great

Poor troubleshooting skills - diagnosed problem incorrectly costing our company unnecessary dollars.

There were two problems with this generator. The first was diagnosed correctly and repaired. The second diagnosis never took place as the customer chose to use somebody else for a second opinion. We credited the cost of our materials back to the customer since the problem wasn't fixed with the hope that they would use us for the second diagnosis but they did not. These people used our company with the intention of not using us again to get us to credit them money from their job. Had we not fixed the initial problem, the second diagnosis would not have been possible to make.

We had Matt Bay, Compass Electric, out to our home to troubleshoot and repair our lighting circuit and replace a thermocouple and a dimmer switch. All my wife and I can say is WOW!! Matt was courteous, very knowledgeable and extremely professional. He did exactly what he said he would do and he was very reasosnable. Not only will Compass Electric and Matt be the only electrician we will use in the future I am recommending him to all friends and acquaintances and my business network.
