The plumber (Mark) was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He took care of my water leak in a timely manner. Showed me video of my leak and was up front about all the cost. The scheduler on the phone was very friendly and helpful. They scheduled my appointment around other appointments (fit me in) and that was greatly appreciated.

Value for money? I know I gave five stars because it was an emergency and the plumber was on time and very professional. Felt a little pricey for time spent but would use them again.

Jr and Anthony just left after installing a new hot water heater. I am very happy with their work. They arrived on time, were very professional and personable, and I felt very comfortable having them in my house. Jr kept me informed on how the job was going and the timeframe. They were very upfront with the billing, and if any thing came up along the way that needed to be addressed. These two guys were great, and I will definitely use Compass in the future.

Not only did they do a great job but they also went the extra mile to make sure that it looked great. They also took the time to advise me of other plumbing issues that I had that was not related to this job. I would recommend them to EVERYONE.

Quick response time and repair done in less than an hour. I changed out my old fixture for a new one and they were able to provide the new fixture and install it. Happy with my choice and happy with the work.

Very quick to respond. Had two separate issues, toilet and shower. Toilet done on day one, finished with the shower on the second day. Personable, respectful and knowledgeable. I appreciated the speed in which they worked, just seemed a bit pricey.

Quick to respond to request and scheduling. Jordan did quality work, explained what he was going to do and reviewed finished job. Changed out faucets at kitchen and bathroom sinks and replaced 4 water supply turn off angle valves. I did think that the charges were a little high when compared to the time it took to do the work.

Fast reply by phone, came out the same day and fixed our problem, professional and friendly. We;ve since had them come out to look at another job for us.

their estimate was complete. The tech was knowledgeable and polite. They kept to their estimated time table.

They quoted me a price over the phone to replace the tank , flushing mechanism and said it would take about an hour. when he got there he found he only needed to change the handle which was about a 5 minute job and he charged me the same amount. which came to about $340.00 per hour.I was a nurse and had patient's lives in my hands and didn't make anywhere near a fraction of that; even Drs. don't charge that much. It's kind of a racket. His work was done fine and I can't say I would or wouldn't recommend them based on the small job he did but there was no place for, not sure. Give them a try if you are OK with high prices.

Very professional and knowledgeable. This is the second time we have used this company. The first was to install a new hot water heater. Justin replaced and advised us on our new water heater. Vacation settings, workings, problem solving, etc. We called again for a concerns over two leaky faucets. We requested Justin again,. He was here within the hour. Justin was skilled, welcoming and helped to explain our options, costs and time required for repair. He was very concerned with working in our home, clean up and repairs done right. Paige in billing was kind, efficient and followed through. We appreciate this company and their expertise available to our community. We will use them for all of our plumbing needs.

I have already reviewed Rocket Rooter (division of Compass Plumbing and Drain) before, but I am adding another review, because of their follow up service. Supervisor Gordon came to my house to inspect the job the crew did, to make sure I was happy with the work, and even checked and cleaned a pipe to make sure all was okay. Outstanding service by a company who cares.

Brian was great. Arrived on time and finished the job quick. Very nice and professional. Will hire again if ever needed.
