Chris did a great job!!! I can't say enough about him. I had a tight schedule. He delivered the projects before they were due. He made very good suggestions. He also brought in other contractors to help. It is not the same house. We had water damage that was substantial. I am going to give him some other projects to do on my house. Here is what he covered: 1. Painted the inside of the house. We have a 2 story family room. 2. Repaired the front door. It was so jacked up!!! 3. Brought in a cleaning lady. 4. Brought in a carpet cleaner. 5. Pressure washed the front stairs and walkway. 6. Painted the outside railings. 7. Painted the trim on the outside of the front of the house. 8. Painted the inside french door. 9. Fixed the water damage. This was substantial!!! 10. Fixed other drywall damage. This was substantial!!! Here is what I am going to have him do: 1. Finish my basement. 2. Upgrade my kitchen. 3. Replace my deck. 4. Paint the back of the house. 5. Replace the gutters. 6. Replace the carpet. 7. Refinish the hardwood floors. It is hard to find good people. Chris delivered.

After receiving 5 quotes for interior painting, we went with Competitive. They were prompt and completed our house in 2 days. Upon review of their work, the crew did an excellent job! Also, the owner Chris was a big help in directing our color scheme from traditional to a nice contemporary grey (Shiitake Mushroom from Sherwin Williams to be exact) and it looks great! I will be referring them to my real estate clients as well.

They weren’t prompt and quickly removed an old playground set from my backyard. I would use them again.

The person I spoke with was very courteous. Met my expectations by being timely, they came out within a couple of days.

They painted my garage and the garage floor. They did a Fantastic job in a very short amount of time! I love it!! The two guys that came arrived on time, were professional, very nice, easy to work with and wanted to make sure I was pleased with everything they did. I couldn’t be happier. I will most definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

Carpets were left more wet than expected. Took a couple of days with heat/aircon to completely dry. That said, service was fast and carpets were cleaned well.
