From the first phone call Mario was on top of the issue that we had with our old air conditioner. Gave us a great deal, worked in our budget, installed quickly and professionally. Helped to install a smart thermostat and get it working perfectly. Saved us from the Florida heat with a great air conditioning unit. Very professional. We highly recommend him. 5 stars.

Mario gave us the best price. And a better warranty than others. However more importantly to me was that he offered to go out and spend an hour taking pictures of everything that was wrong to show me since I did not live in the property exactly what needed to be repaired. No one else offered to do this. He also said let me see if I really have to replace the whole unit or if I can replace parts. After seeing the pictures there was no doubt the whole air conditioning unit needed to be replaced. That extra hour of time to go back and take all the pictures really won me over. This is customer service at its FINEST! Thank you Mario !

Mario is a top professional in his field. Within 2 days he cleaned our air system, ridded the A/C unit of mold and installed an air cleaning unit to prevent further mold and allergens throughout the house. I also hired him to do the twice yearly A/C servicing to keep the unit in top operating condition. I recommend him 100%.

Ok, so I have had people trying to take advantage of me because I am a woman. Mario Mora was not trying to hide anything and explained me and showed me everything he did. I had called two other guys and their suggestions was to replace unit. I explained what happened to him and he was diagnosing ike a doctor does step by step. Show me where the problem was. He has given me an estimate for other questions I had and I could tell he is very knowledgeable. His price and professionalism with honesty was refreshing and I will freely advertise him in my Facebook. There needs to be rewards for honesty.
