Complete Appliance Service

I’ve used Complete several times in the past few years. Complete appliance is my ‘go to’ for any appliance issues. The service rep explained what he thought the problem was and gave an estimate before doing any work. In addition he cleaned out the dryer lint trap down deep where you can’t reach!

Again, I am very pleased with the service obtained from Complete Appliance Service. The issue was not an emergency, but they still scheduled a visit in a timely manner. This time the issue was with the refrigerator not making ice in the freezer ice maker. The issue was evaluated, and the needed repair part information was obtained. The ice maker in the door was doing just fine. I felt no pressure to have the part replaced at this time and we will contact Complete if the icemaker fails again to routinely make ice. The ice maker is currently working fine. Complete is again - very professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable.

I have a 28 year old dryer. I honestly thought it would have to be replaced. The service man was honest and direct. It was obvious he knew what he was talking about. He replaced two parts in the dryer and it works perfectly now.

He was very nice and immediately figured out what was wrong and fixed it the same day and then charged me a very reasonable price compared to other people in the past.
