Fixed our dryer in the same visit. Had the part with them and did it in about 20 minutes. Our 15 year old dryer works even better than before.

Turned out that the washer or gasket lying at the bottom of the dishwasher was not from the dishwasher at all as I had ignorantly assumed, so no repair was necessary. But unlike our plumber--Waters of Life--who refuses to charge a nickel if he does no work, I was still billed 88 bucks for the service charge. While I understand that a service charge is a service charge (time, gas, etc.), charging the full price for doing exactly nothing and spending all of two minutes doing it seems a bit much. Cutting that charge in half would've gone a long way in my using this company in the future.

First of all, please let us apologize for your dissatisfaction in our service. We are in the service industry to do just that, serve others in which we take great pride in. Please know that you could have called our office to express your concerns and we could have taken your odd situation into consideration, and in all fairness, worked something out with you. I cannot speak for other companies policies, only ours. Our licensed and certified professionals are paid by the service call, that is how they make their living. We do one hour windows for the convenience of our customers and when nothing can be done, as in your scenario, we still must charge our service call to pay our technicians for their time and knowledge. Again, please accept our apology. It truly is disappointing for us that you are unhappy with the service that we provided for you. Take care and God Bless.

They were able to schedule a trip out, then get the part ordered and installed within a week. The cooktop had to be replaced and was completed very efficiently. They were neat and worked quickly, not leaving any mess. I would recommend them and feel confident they would be able to do well on any project.

Technician found the issue and ordered the part. The only delay was waiting on that specific part. They only charged us for the correct part, and the labor involved in installing it. They didn't try to add in any extra fees or additional labor. Very honest, fast and reliable.

Came out same day I called. Repaired my GE slide in range. Reasonable cost. I don't think GE is listed as a brand they service but obviously they do.

Friendly and good service, but with the appearance fee and then being charged a full hour of labor for 15 minutes of work, it was way too expensive. For simpler jobs (unfortunately you don't always know ahead of time), there are much better values for your money.

Repairman showed up when he said he would. Quickly diagnosed the problem and had the part in his truck. No separate diagnostic and repair trip/fee. In, out, done. Perfect.

Guy came out to find out why fridge was no longer cooling. Discovered ice deep within the cabinet of fridge. Defrosted and removed what was believed to be all. Had to come back the next day as fridge still not cooling. Discovered more ice, removed ice, fridge runs great. No hassles.
