Not happy at all! Had the inspector Scott come out and give me a quote. Agreed to the work and they set me up with Greensky to help finance the job. Took a hit to my credit report getting set up with Greensky. Had job set up to be done on Wednesday 5-27 and even took the day off. No show no call from Groundwork?s. Called and got passed around to different people and never got an answer as to why they didn?t show up. So I thought I maybe made a mistake and was told the job was scheduled for today 6-1. Once again I got everything ready and no show again. So I called Scott and Groundwork?s office number and spoke to multiple people. Got passed around a lot . Scott told me the guy that was supposed to do my job called in sick but another lady told me I was the one that cancelled today?s job. I never cancelled anything! So which is it? guy is sick or it was cancelled. Needless to say? now I have money that needs to be refunded to me. What a joke waste of my time.

Malik, Andy and company did a good job installing two support beams in my crawl space. This was a lot of work and was done with excellence and professionalism. They needed to add a couple of extra I beams at no cost. Definitely recommend Ground Works for any foundation work.

We hired Groundworks to install a sump pump, expecting professional work and peace of mind. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but that. First, the team showed up 2 weeks after the initial visit. Worse than the delay was the complete lack of communication throughout the process ? getting updates or even basic responses was frustratingly difficult. The biggest issue, however, was the quality of the work. Their installation was poorly executed, and we ended up having to hire another company to fix their mistake ? costing us even more money on top of what we already paid Groundworks. We trusted them with an important job in our home and feel completely let down. I would not recommend Groundworks to anyone looking for reliable, professional service.

We contacted Groundworks, LLC, Colorado Springs, to stabilize and raise our garage foundation wall, as we were unable to raise and lower our garage door effectively. Groundworks crew installed five helical peers and attempted to raise our foundation wall; unfortunately, the crew was unsuccessful. We contacted Erick B., the supervisor, and asked him to come to our home location and discussed our concerns and requested another attempt to raise the foundation wall. Erick agreed and scheduled the appointment. We requested the same crew, as they were very courteous and respectful; they arrived with more appropriate equipment and were able to raise our foundation wall to our satisfaction. We would recommend Groundworks, LLC, as they went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction with the job. Angel Sanchez, Joseph Acensio, and Jose Malpica were the crew who did the install. I cannot say enough good things about their work and attitude. I was informed at every step. They were on time, efficient in the work, and upon completion, left my space in better condition then they found it. This crew made the experience a pleasure and would recommend them to anyone.

Had the patio raised less than a year it sunk again. They came out and reraised it. This time the patio door does not shut right, and the bricks have cracked more, the outside of the patio concrete is so uneven now have been trying to get a response form one of the managers that the warranty would not be voided if I had the concrete replaced around the patio. been trying for over a month to get a response.

Aaron and Ryan did an outstanding job encapsulating our Crawlspace. They covered everything since our crawlspace is accessed from within our finished lower level. When they were done they cleaned up behind them and vacuumed all the way to our front door which is on our main level. Thanks for a truly professional install.

No they were not what I expected they were supposed to level out my driveway and sidewalk and they didn't do a very good job and they were supposed to come out and fix what they f. ed up and I have not seen them yet I spent 4,000.00$ and I will have to replace everything.

Installed 7 push piers in two days and was able to raise the foundation of one wall up one inch to level it back with the rest of the house. The crew of Jonathan H, Manuel A and Gerardo T did an efficient and clean job. I was kept informed at every step of the process.

Ryan, Alejandro, and Josh made what could’ve been a very stressful foundation repair feel easy and manageable. Their communication was excellent throughout the process, and they took the time to share their knowledge and explain what was happening each step of the way. Even when unexpected issues arose that extended the project by a day, they stayed flexible and returned right away to complete it. They were professional, efficient, and even took the time to clean up thoroughly before leaving. Highly recommend!

excellent workers from first estimate to completed job. Estimator Demetrius Dotson very patient in inspecting what needed to be done and answering questions in a way I could understand. To do the job, workers Aaron and his brother Lyndonn kept us informed of arrival time and explained what they will be doing. Excellent work and even helped put back some items in to the garage (one was very heavy} in areas that would not affect the work done. Beyond expectations for me and I thank them all.

Your crew of Vlices Madera, Roger Mancanares & Angel Sanchez were fantastic. They were hardworking & courteous. Customer service couldn?t be better. They even put the grass back & asked if I was satisfied before leaving.

They installed helical piers. My house has so much damage from their repairs we are left with thousands of dollars worth of damage not to mention losing over $100000 in profit as we were not able to put our home on the market and now the prices have declined in the housing market. Ryan McNeil was the foreman on our work and I would never want him doing any work on my home again. After installing the helical piers he never raised them as they were supposed to and he didn?t even tighten the screws that go up to the metal beams that hold the house up. We have horrible cracks throughout our home that were never here before we even hv pieces falling off the walls. Ryan Kanter whom came out scheduled us for April for them to come and complete the work that was never finished a year ago and they were a no show. Now I have been told that a supervisor by the name of Matt would call me on Thursday to schedule to come look at all our damage and it is now Saturday with no call from him.

Great work. CJ and Eric showed up on time and walked me through what they were going to do and how long it would take. They left my driveway immaculate.

Work crew was pretty good about trying to put back landscaping even though it's not really their job, so I appreciated that part. I also appreciated how they tried to minimize damage to my yard. They were able to get the settling almost back to where it was before the warranty claim on the piers. (I was having 4 piers handled out of warranty and 1 new pier added at my expense.) My only real issue was the damage to the brick siding that is now still in process of being resolved.

What a team - Gabriel Amaya, Rodrigo Rios & Juan Amaya. They were great communicators-giving details as the job progressed; their work ethic was exemplary; considerate of the area they worked around in the yard; worked efficiently and fast; kind and caring! We had a very positive experience with the crew from Groundworks consisting of Foreman Gabriel Amaya, and crew members Juan and Rodrigo. Gabriel was courteous; the work was done efficiently and professionally. The Foreman communicated with us regularly during the course of the week-long project. They made every effort to minimize the disruption to our household and schedule. We have every hope that our water problems have been solved.

The crew did a fantastic job. I am very pleased with the materials that were replaced and the basement is now in better shape than when I bought the house. Super pleased!!

It is amazing at how bad of an experience it has been to work with Groundworks. $35K project that I?m a key stakeholder in and the pervasive poor communication and follow through is beyond surprising. The sales team is best at communication however the implementation side didn?t even communicate with me about the timing of the project until they were on their way to the site that morning. They didn?t reach out to coordinate other trades work for moving hvac, plumbing, etc and had to reschedule multiple times because of lack of internal coordination and planning. One team doesn?t talk, plan, or coordinate with another team. Absolutely terrible experience

Luis, Ramon, and Rodrigo did a great job. They were very polite and easy to get along with. I would recommend them to anyone.

Blake and his crew were amazing and went above and beyond in every way. They encapsulated my crawlspace and now itâ s clean, insulated and safe! We couldnâ t be happier.

Prince Miles and Cleveland Buckley did an exceptional job. They notified us prior to their arrival and were very clear in their explanation of work to be done. Their workmanship was very neat and they cleaned up the job site as they worked. They answered all our questions and were very patient as we were very curious about materials being used, etc.

Gabriel Amaya and Mauro Soria were professional and a good team. They were on time, worked continuously throughout the day and meticulous when coming and going through the house. They explained their procedures prior to starting and when the job was completed they showed me what they did. This is the second time we have used Groundworks and have been pleased with their work both times.

Jesus and Jose were very professional and knowledgeable. They were here on time and were able to finish and clean up all before 1:30 in the afternoon. I will definitely recommend them to others!

As a rule, I don't leave reviews. This is one that I feel is needed in these times of shady contractors and vendors who over promise and under or never deliver. I was present during the entire process. I had some serious ground shifting taking place with this terrible Colorado clay. They had to raise my garage slabs 5" in one corner next to the house foundation and level the entire garage. In addition, they leveled everything including the upper part of my driveway, sidewalk, and front porch, not a small job. They asked my opinion throughout the process and made recommendations that were very sound and using common sense to a couple of areas needing some serious attention. The professionalism and work performed is what is making me provide this review, the 5-year warrantee is an added benefit. Their work was so good that two neighbors are currently calling them for help with their own project after watching them work on my project. Always keep in mind with any large project, it's about the vendor's personnel that will deliver success or failure. Groundworks has over delivered and Iâ m very impressed with everything from the beginning to end. Very impressed Groundworks, thank you!
