If you have any contact with Complete Builders or owner Mitchell Allen Faulhaber (2/20/78), Run the other way. In my opinion, he runs a scam business and I would recommend he be investigated. Why do I say that, he and his business were to replace our entire roof, nearly all windows and siding. The total amount was over 100,000.00. After Mr. Faulhaber was able to get as much money as possible he ghosted us and now we are stuck with all 3 unfinished jobs. Anytime a bank, or business calls him and mentions our name, he hangs up right away. Complete Builders was located at 1405 Lilac Dr. No #240, Golden Valley, Mn. I sent law enforcement there and they found the office empty. The landlord had stated he owes multiple months in rent. Does Faulhaber state that he *works closely* with a Claims Adjuster and he ca not brag her up enough and strongly states we need her assistance for negotiations. It appears she is his live-in girlfriend (Sarah Parker-Parker Public Adjusting) Guess he failed to mention their relationship. Currently, we have filed theft charges and reported to BBB. Any questions, please contact me. Do not pay attention to the fake accolades that you see online. He is now possibly running his business out of his home with his girlfriend in Hamel, MN Thank You.

On my initial call, their service were well explained and cost was shared. Engineer, Wayne Lindemann was prompt for the appt and was personable, professional and thorough. His report which was supposed to come to us in a week was sent to us on time. It was thorough, with photos, clear and well prepared. I recommend them highly!

These guys are fantastic. I initially requested more information from their website and Rob called me right away, giving me all the information and answers I could think of. From there, I got into contact with Michelle, a wonderfully nice person, who set up my appointment and got the ball rolling. Steve was the engineer who came to my house and went above and beyond in helping me plan and design the renovations I was looking into. After receiving my report, I had come up with a new question or 3 and after getting into contact with Michelle again, Steve quickly called me back and "dropped everything" to get me the extra information and answers, including diagrams, I needed in order to proceed with the extra bit of work I was looking at adding to the project. I cannot stress enough, if you are looking to do anything that requires a Structural Engineer, Complete Building Solutions will make sure you are taken care of!

With a 120 year old house. I wanted to get a professional opinion in the event of remodel, etc. The services from my initial scheduling appointment through the actual assessing was top notch. Very good experience. I needed the services of a licensed structural engineer in connection with a basement finishing project. It was very important that the structural engineer be active / listed in the city database (which he was). Scheduling was a breeze. The engineer came right on time, ran the numbers and provided the report within 24 hours so I could submit it to the city. Project went well. Office staff handling the scheduling, billing and paperwork was friendly and listened to all my needs. Good customer service.

I canâ t say enough fantastic things about this team. I hired them to do a structural assessment/plans for my long-awaited home renovation. To start, Rob contacted me after my inquiry within the same business day. At that point I had gotten a few quotes and found their pricing to be the most reasonable. In staying with the theme of responsiveness, to keep my project on schedule, I needed plans back within about a week, and to my joy, they delivered! Before this, hiring a structural engineer seemed daunting, but they made it easy. Everyone - Rob, the engineers (Miguel & Steve) and Michelle, (their operations manager) were so accommodating and friendly. If the thought of hiring a structural engineer stresses you out, call CBS. If I could rate them less than the 1/2 of a star I would. I was first impressed because the owner called on a Sunday, that is as far as the impression went. I made the arrangement for them to come out, the gentleman came out, took a look around and left after 45 minutes saying he was done, mind you it is a two-hour minimum. I never heard from them again and never got the reports I was supposed to and paid for. When I sent an email I never received a response. No homeowner needs a structural engineer, especially this one. Too expensive and not even worth the phone call. I warn you, do not call this company.

Professional service provided from our first call to CBS; contact by the structural engineer; scheduled assessment; and receipt of detailed structural repair report. The report came timely and outlined a detailed work order of repairs needed by our contractor to support our failing roof structure. The structural engineer is a hero in our eyes, he gave us needed answers/solutions for repairs that would save our roof.

They were on time, gave us a reminder call just before the appointment. We received a thorough inspection of our property, they addressed all our questions and concerns so we can go forward with making recommended repairs. The report was produced and delivered in just days. Others have complained about pricing, but this was clearly explained to us before the appointment was scheduled. This wasa good value for the price and we would recommend CBS to anyone with questions about the structural condition of their home or the implications of a planned project.

I hired them for structural engineering service to inspect our foundation cracks and recommend best way to fix them. I was impressed by the incredibly prompt response to my initial request for their service, scheduling the inspection, and sending the report. Iâ ve never had such prompt follow up. An engineer came out within days and thoroughly checked out the foundation issues. He was professional and explained things well. Now I know about what kind of fixes our basement needs and can get the right kind of repair work done. I am very pleased with the entire process. They were great!

They were quick to help, got onsite to understand the issue and provided the type of help that you would expect from a family member. The whole staff was outstanding and the owner even took time from his busy schedule to ensure we fully understood all option before making a such a critical decision.
