If you have an issue with Complete Care Home Warranty (CCHW), which is a service contract provider headquartered in Brooklyn, NY, then file a formal complaint with the New York State Department of Financial Services (DFS). DFS licenses and supervises service contracts under NY Statute 7901 through 7913. Under 7903, service contract companies are supposed to register. Then, you should contact the regulator who supervises the registration of service contract providers in your home state. California (File No.: VA202100169 with monetary penalty), Utah (Docket No. 2023-4462), and Arizona (No. 22A- 027 -INS) have issued cease and desist orders against CCHW. Good luck with your efforts to get a refund.

They do not have any contractors in this area, therefore they should never advertise in this area to get customers because they cannot service them. Then they have to reimburse you and you need to wait many months to get a check on the mail.

They take your money and you get a contract when I had a problem they said it was not covered and I closed my account

Diane W hired Complete Care Home Warranty Home Warranty/Maintenance to provide warranty coverage with multiple jobs at her home. They stated that they were able to complete provide the warranty coverage. After having been paid they began to make excuses as to why they could not complete the jobs and could not cover the warranty.

They came on time and left on time. They were done on the day they said they would be.

I bought a 3 years warranty plan, I had the warranty for 4 months the only claim that I made was for my AC, I payed 2 different contractors to make the diagnostic,we was without AC 2 weeks in Arizona +100 degrees, they finally give me answer, they took 2 weeks to answer and they denied the claim. the only thing they give me is a sorry. what i do with all my time lost? with my kids without AC in home? they have to take more seriously the situation, obviously I canceled my warranty and after all this they take of my money cancellation fee.

If I could give zero stars I would, the product is worthless. The first time I had a problem they assigned 3 consecutive repair companies and none of them showed up to their appointments, the last one never even responded. This has significantly lowered my opinion of Angis List, they should not recommend companies that are a 100% rip off.

THIS IS A SCAM.......My dishwasher has been broken for over a month and a half and they havenâ t even gotten a technician to come and look at it. Customer service reps each give different information and it feels like a scam at this point.

Great beginning, customer service was very informative and detailed during the sign in process. However, not the same when I need the coverage. In 6 mo i have had two minor claims and none was covered: garage door springs and kitchen faucet: the first one, 21/2 months ago, they did not have a company to do it and i had to find one. They said that only the service call was going to be covered since garage door opening springs were not covered. With the kitchen faucet leak, again it was not covered and they pinpointed to a hidden note in a plumbing paragraph to support they denial. I do not recommend this home warranty company.

My contact Was Not Confirming. I view this service, essentially as a Utility - that is Price Sensitive. My contact attempted to â  Up Sellâ  me, but I rejected his effort. I believe a less-knowledgeable buyer, would have just turned him away. His sales tactic Did Not leave me with the Confidence that my Debit Card number would be Safe with him - but I have Control over Excessive Charges. I will Not be able to fully assess the Quality of the Service, until a need arises & I can evaluate the Quality of the Sub-Contractor they hire.

Great sign up experience! The rep I spoke with (Jacob) was very informative, explained what is covered and not covered and worked out a really good price for me on a 6 year plan! Recommending to all my family and friends!

Jason was very helpful and patient. Our closing went from 30 days to 70 and he stuck with us calling to check along the way. Did a lot of research and this looks like the best way to go. This is a new warranty so we have not dealt with any claims.

When you file a claim, CS always says they will pass the message to someone who takes care of this. Then *someone* almost never calls you back. Or maybe reach you after several days of waiting, checking for the issues, then continue to keep you waiting for them to deliver some technicians. I just waited and waited. And when I called back to check. CS only knows to pass my message. They would not answer any questions except pass messages. I don't know if I will wait for days or forever for someone to really take care of me. I told customer service I needed more options and the passing messages did not work for me. Then they hung up and refused to answer me again. My feeling is: the person who really plays a role will never be reached directly by you. Customer service is just a flag. They do nothing except passing a useless nonsense message. I doubt if it is a formally-registered company. Everything looked so weird, more like deceiving. Once you paid the premium, all the responsible people seemed to have disappeared and you can never reach them again, only leaving useless customer service girls to deal with you with nonsense hopeless message passing.

Just purchased the policy. Got a good policy for a very fare price. Have not filed a claim yet, so too early to giv 5 stars on work quality.
