ZERO STAR REVIEW!!!!!!! The ONLY reason why I gave them 0.5 stars is because it will not ALLOW ME to give them ZERO stars. I had a scheduled appointment today for 10:00am, I received a call around 10:30am saying Chris was running late (he was already 30 minutes late at this point). That he would be at my home at 11:30. I did not receive another call until almost 11:58am stating that Chris was JUST NOW on his way to my home. By this point in the day, he was 2 hours late for the scheduled appointment. Chris asked me to DO HIM A FAVOR by letting him stop by a restaurant in my area that had a scheduled appointment before he came to my home OR if he could come in another 2 hours. At this point, I am already LIVID because he is 2 hours late. It was lunch time, I went ahead and said 2 hours (so 2:00pm) is fine, trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. He texted me at 1:28pm stating that him and his crew were wrapping up at the restaurant and that he would contact me to let me know when he was on his way. When I had not received a call by 3:20pm I called Chris, who stated him and his crew were "wrapping up" at the restaurant (even though he said that to me at 1:28pm). He said he was on his way to head to my home after they finished wrapping up. I told him that I was cancelling and that I would NOT be going through him to get my carpets clean. At this point I have been waiting for over 5 hours and received EXCUSE after EXCUSE as to WHY he had YET to arrive. He sounded very confused on the phone as to why I was cancelling my appointment and would NOT be rescheduling it. I told him that I had been waiting since 10:00am for him to show up for the scheduled appointment. I HIGHLY recommend to NOT go through Chris' Complete Carpet Care business, unless you want him to NEVER show up and give you excuse after excuse as to why he's still not there. If I could have given him ZERO stars I would HAVE!!! NOTHING WAS COMPLETED and now I am BEYOND on getting my home ready to sell. Thank you for NOTHING and WASTING my time and business today. Chris had ABSOLUTELY NO INTENTION of making the appointment today to clean my home. He made that ABUNDANTLY clear by the way he treated me as a customer he could care LESS about. If this is the way you treat ALL of your customers I am SUPRISED you are still in business! DO NOT GO THROUGH COMPLETE CARPET CARE! AWFUL SERVICE!!!!!!!

I totally understand. I had scheduled appt with the mother. I have a restaurant I clean Monday mornings in Ft Wayne. I also had one scheduled for 12:00 in avilla. This job was also in Avilla. They needed it for Monday and would also help me by being able to do it While in Avilla. I started early as I could on morning restaurant to try and get a jump on things. Needless to say things didn?t work out that way. My help was a no show and left me on my own. That earlier jump went out window and some. The reason I was 30 min late calling to begin with was because I was doing the best I could to hurry and didn?t realize the time. I asked her if she

Your guys were prompt and courteous and did a great job. There was a very large pet stain in the living room and they completed eliminated it! And they told me to let them know if the stain reappeared and they would come and retreat it. I am very pleased with the service and will recommend you to everyone!
