Arrived right at 3 as agreed. Moved furniture to tear out my wall to wall carpeting, cleaned as they went, and put everything back where it was in 4 hours. They were friendly and professional.

The owner was extremely nice and willing to accommodate so while I did not recommend, the company based on my experience, it might be worth taking a look at for duct cleaning. The person who actually came to our home did not do the service we expected. I will tell you now that they do not run the sanitizing solution through the entire ductwork which is what I expected based on a conversation with other companies. The service person will simply spray into each register as far as they can spray and wipe around it. The person who came to our home only wet his rag (lightly I might add) with a solution and wiped the duck work area that he could reach. He stated the reason he did this was that it would be too strong and he did not want it to overwhelm us. I called the owner who said that he should be spraying into it but at that point, he had already covered all of the ducks and returns that he had cleaned. We just did not feel like waiting to have him go back through all of them again, so we let him finish to be done with it. The owner of the company did contact me and offered to come back out to correct what his guy had done, but we just decided to let it go for now due to time. They did run a vacuum through the duck work it had a spinning head on the tip of it to clean the ducks. So the ductwork was cleaned out to some extent and the vents were wiped at least at the front.

Brian was professional, neat work, cleaned up his mess, took his shoes off upon entering my home, and guaranteed the work for the life of the carpet.

They showed up when they said they would, performed their service and were even honest enough to charge less than the quoted price stating it took less time than I thought ! The workman, Brian, was very pleasant and friendly! Would definitely use again and recommend!

I thought it was a little high in price, but they did a great job.

They dirtied our rug- no shoe protection and I think one black mark was from their equipment. The carpet stretch itself was fine, though overpriced. When I challenged his price for the value of the service, and also because I was dissatisfied, he lowered the price. After he left I discovered that they damaged our furniture and also they left tools at our house.

Paid them $100 for the roll of foam padding which I thought was high. I had several very small jobs they were doing that didnt require a lot of padding so they had a ton of it left over. They took all of the new padding I paid for with them. I didnt think about that until after they left. They were very overpriced and I would not use them again. The person that did the job was a nice guy.

Brian called and asked if he could come early. He arrived 10 mins later. Looked at the problem, gave me a price and started to work. The work was done fast and Brian cleaned up . Love the work.
