Never showed for appt. I called them and they didnt return call a week later I called one more time he said he would call me that nite and never did. Not reliable at all.

Michael took the time to explain the chimney process and which way was the best way to start a fire so the house wont smoke. The job was neat and clean. Will bring them back for my yearly cleaning
